There seemed to be more people on staff than were actually doing something. The manager walked by 3 times in the 20 minutes I waited to be seated. I was a party of one. And the place I was seated was empty the entire time I waited to be seated. Additionally, after being seated it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the table. Of course be the time I was given a menu and waited another 10 minutes for someone to take my order, I was ready to leave. The only reason I didn't is because no other place was open after midnight on a Thursday.

Friend with me was not told they were out of strawberries for the salad ordered and just presented with the salad with blueberries substituted. We had to remind waitress of our milkshake orders after our meal was presented. Why charge 5.99 for milkshake with salad when its 3.99 with hamburger?? Total price of meal being comparable?

The beginng was ok i received my coffee fast but then i waited like 25 min to order my food,,,food delivery was ok ,,,but i had to get up and paid my self to the cashier...i dont understand why you have servers that have no idea what a customer service means,,,,,

The chicken appetizer that we ordered was not cooked well at all. I could not even cut the chicken with a fork or knife very easily. We asked if we could replace the chicken with a hamburger (just plain burger and bun, nothing else added) we were told they could not make an exchange. You lost not only that food, but 2 customers as well. We will not be back!!!

You have big fans rotating over customer's heads that cast shadows in the evening and disturb the air and cause drafts that the local manager can do nothing about. The air conditioning and fans and temp and lighting should be under the manager's control who is present and can assess the situation in person. Some of the customers and workers have eye strain due to the moving shadows cast by the moving fan blades and ceiling lighting. Some of the customers have allergies and asthma aggravated by the moving fan blades which the manager cannot stop and which are totally unnecessary given the working A/C! If you want my patronage, you will turn off the rotating overhead fans!

my steak wasn't cooked to my likeing. I told the manager at time of check out. I was taking the scraps home for my dog. she told me if I gave her the steak back she wouldn't charge me for it. I didn't have a problem with that but she was rather nasty about it. No smile and looked real close at the food like she didn't believe me, even thought the waitress agreed with me.I pay $16.29 for something I like to eat it

2 wait people, full house! My waitress left us and didnt return. I hailed anotrher and she took the order. About 30 mins passed. Poor service. Peoople were seating them selves.

I entered store 2/11/16 8pm and was ordering by 8:15. I was in a rush and hoped to be out by 8:45. I stood up and walked to waitress prep area and asked when is food ready and was told it was on it's way. I then told her to box order up and needed to pay. I left restaurant at 8:50.

It took over 10 minutes after I was seated for someone to take my drink order. It wasn't that busy, less than half of the tables were occupied and I saw 4 servers. Ordered fish & shrimp dinner with regular fries. Server came back about 5 minutes after order to tell me out of fried shrimp, so I changed to just fish and chips. I told server to give me regular fries, but to put the Chimichurri on the side and I would try it that way. When I finally got my order, the fries had Chimichurri on them AND a side of it. The waitress offered to bring me some plain fries - I asked how long it would take and she admitted about the same as I waited for the order. I didn't have a long time to eat so I declined. I wasn't thrilled with the sauce on the fries, but I chose to accept them because of time. The real issue as to why I am dissatisfied is the fish portion and quality. I paid $12 for fish and chips and received 3 small very oily pieces of fish. There was easily 2.5 - 3 times as much fries as fish. Any 2 of the fish pieces could have easily sat on a dollar bill with room to spare. The oil they were cooked in was old and in need of changing, leaving the fish with an unpleasant taste.
