Shari's

MelissaL at this branch is not friendly, she seems so overwhelmed. Most likely to back out if she is going to be our server again.

We had two mistakes in our order; one on a drink order and one on an entre.

The portion sizes of the food were extremely small. I seriously thought that the portions we were served should have been on the kids menu. I ate all of my breakfast, drank my coffee and went home to make myself something else to eat. I was extremely dissatisfied with the size of the omelets my husband and I received.

ordered chicken fried steak .Way too much gravey smothered on potatoes and steak. I should have asked for gravey on the side. I will not order that again. I usually am very satisfied with my meals at Sharis.

Myrtle your waitress did not look at me when she spoke to me. She did not smile. She slammed my food on the table and slid it to me. She asked me if I was ready fore my pie from across the restaurant. She stated to another customer she was having a bad day and she demonstrated it very well. I felt as though I was an interuption to her day and an unwanted bother!

This survey is a bogus sham because you will not allow enough time to explain what happened. I want someone to call me at 206-445-9676 so i can tell someone what happened. Jeff Conlee

I ordered eggs benedict. The muffin was so overtoasted that it was almost impossible to cut it, even with the serrated knife. The lettuce of the salad was wilted.

We have been dining at this Shari's for a several years. Lately the quality of the food and how it is cooked has gone down dramatically. Our waitress was the only part of our visit this evening that was excellent although she was doing way more than her share of the work. not only was she waiting on tables she was also refilling the soda machine so she could serve our drinks. and our food came before my granddaughter even got her shake. I think it is very likely that this evening was our last visit to shari's.

We waited 20 minutes after we finished eating to get the check. Waitress was chatting with a table. Then, no one available at the register another 5 minute wait.

I ordered a la carte scrambled eggs and a cinnamon roll. The eggs were ok, but the cinnamon roll was a disaster. It the "bread" was stale and the entire roll was saturated with caramel sauce and melted butter - way too much to even be appealing. AND it was topped with way too many, horribly sweet brown sugar lumps. I have a sweet tooth but the entire presentation was way over the top - the kind of sweetness that sets one's teeth on edge. As a result I took a bite or two and left the rest - too sweet to even consider taking the remainder with me for later. I love cinnamon rolls but this was way too much sugar to even be approachable. Service was ok but slow - had to wait longer than I wanted for the food to appear, had to ask for check, had to wait at cash register for check to be prepared, had to wait for cashier to handle payment, and had to ask for copy of check.
