"NEW MENU FOR SENIOR'S" As a senior we some times have Breakfast for lunch. But due to MED'S we can not make Breakfast tell lunch time and the old breakfast menu are gone. Would if you could reinstate the old MENU'S for SENIOR'S ONLY !!!! Thanks you

Service was very slow. When I asked the waitress about it, she replied somewhat indignantly, "Well, they're very busy!" I suppose that was self-evidently true but the restaurant was only about 2/3rds full and the kitchen was still backed up.

Our server took a very long time to get our drink order. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks (3 waters with lemon and one coffee) Took a long time to get food. 2 other parties that got seated after us were already eating their food before we got ours. We did not order anything complicated or "special sides/modifications" Our server never refilled our water or asked about coffee. We had to ask another server that was filling water next to us to fill ours.

Once in the door any guest that came in was left standing in the foyer for at least 10 minutes without even an acknowledgment that we were there. At least 10 people left without ever having been “greeted or told of the wait time”. Once we were seated it took a few more minutes to get waters and our orders taken. About 13 minutes , we were aware that they were short staffed so we quickly decided and had our menus at the edge of the table so they would recognize that we were ready to order. The food took a long time to come out and we received our food separately. For the time we waited the amount of french fries and tots received was pretty small. Everything took a long time to be short and sweet.

I've always had great service at this sharis, so I hate to complain. Everyone is always very friendly, and was tonight. But, there was something wrong with my food. I didn't realize until I got home, and started eating. There was no fresh mozerella on my chicken like there was supposed to be. Instead, they put what appeared and tasted like shredded Parmesan cheese. I love the fresh mozzarella so I was pretty disappointed. The chicken didn't taste half as good, and I only ate a few bites. I took a pic of the chicken for proof.

I love Shari's. I've only had good dining experiences there - until today. What is going on over there? 1. I was dining alone this afternoon. Two groups who arrived AFTER I did were seated before me. I was not even greeted by a host, until I asked to be seated. 2. Upon taking my drink order, my server placed a carafe of coffee and a cup full of coffee on the table. The cup had a very fresh looking, bright red lipstick smear on the rim. Don't you guys wash the dishes before you put them back on the tables? I've worked in restaurants before and I know an unwashed cup when I see it. Health code violation, anyone? (The server replaced it right away after I pointed it out) 3. I ordered a trio lunch: 1/2 BLT, salad and pie. When the sandwich/salad arrived, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. That was the most pathetic little half sandwich I have ever been served. Looked more like child's lunch plate than an adults. I am a small woman, and it only took 3 bites to eat that miserly little sandwich. Shame on you!
