The person that seated us and got our drinks didn't give us any straws for the kids drinks. She walked past us at least twice since then and never asked us if everything was good, I asked for straws but she never responded

The cashier took forever to come check us out. If we hadn't been honest we could have left without paying because we felt they were just seeing through us.

Too long to take my order. $11.99 is too expensive for a peach pie. I was informed peach pie is being discontinued

We ordered coffee and the first cup was hot, but the remainder in the carafe was just lukewarm and we had to ask for replacement. My entree, a chicken/bacon sandwich seemed kind of dry and unappealing. I thought of ordering pie for dessert, but your prices are so high for an individual slice. As a person living alone, I didn't want to purchase a whole pie.

Even though service very great, I find the menu lacking in some areas as to things that I like. The kitchen staff continues to make mistakes though the servers this time caught there error because I had warned her this Shari's does this.

Soup not hot enough. They did not have the Black Forest cheesecake pie nor pecan pie nor no carrot cake. I was forced to get my free Wed piece of pie that was not my first two choices and I could not get a rain check for one of the two. The peanut butter whip cream pie I finallly decided on was not tasty at all. I only tasted it and could not any more. Also this Shari’s will not have any Black Forest pies until next Monday according to our server. Not a good thing.

Generally highly Satisfied only at time on free pie night and the place was very full with a waiting list. Just want to be as honest as I can with this survey.

My parents and I frequent Shari's at least twice each month and usually there is enough staff to provide prompt service. Once we were seated everything came to a s l o w crawl. We were told that there was a new cook team, so maybe that was part of the problem. I wish I had checked my watch and kept track of each element of the meal. It took forever for us to be able to order. We waited for our food for a lengthy time, and then we waited again for the check. We had a coupon which our wait person didn't apply although she said that she did. The error was corrected by the individual who took the payment. That evening was not Shari's usual service.
