Food came out missing main ingredients, waitress kept disappearing and wasn't found in time to order something different or get order fixed

Regular customer. Waitress put on coat and left without saying a word to us and apparently failed to ask another waitress to follow up on our order. Took us over an hour for what should have taken less than half an hour. What happened to Shari's policy of lunch within ten minutes. My sister finally said say they arrived after us and got their food. Theirs was a breakfast that had to be cooked. Guess we were forgotten. Ours required little prep. My quiche must have sat on the counter for a long time. Ordered marionberry sugar free pie first. Was assured it was available. After meal was offered apple. Told they must have sold it. Took husband regular piece of marionberry. Showed manager lousy presentation. Took picture of it. Offered replacement.

We went for a birthday dinner. We had been in on Jan. 4th and they advertised in a menu insert that the prime rib dinner was 10.99. We went for the birthday dinner on the 13th. When I asked about the price difference when we checked out, I was told "oh, you must have gotten the wrong insert in two of our three menus.My menu had no insert. My sister asked about the half price caraf advertised on the online menu and were told "oh I'm sorry, we aren't doing that anymore." When asked what we wanted on our bakedpotato,we asked what our choices were. Our server said they came with bacon bits, cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, and chives. She did NOT tell us the bacon bits were $.69 and the cheese was $.79 extra each! Our two birthday people never got their b-day pies.

Once seated our waitress Paula took our order for food and drinks. It took about 45 minutes to get our food. When we got our food we still hadn't received our drinks. Paula asked if there was anything else and I had to remind her that we still needed our drinks and the side of ranch for my fries. The BBQ Bacon Burgers hardly had any BBQ Sauce on them and they tasted overcooked. At that point I should have complained but I was afraid I would end up waiting another 45 minutes for our food. The manager on duty said that she could take one of our meals off the bill and never did. She only offered for me to do this survey.

We ordered our food and there was hair in my food. I gave the food back and waited for a new plate of food. I did not get a discount for the trouble and anxiety you put me through. And the fact it was pretty gross. The overall price we paid was too high. Won't do that again.

We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated we sat for 10 minutes before. Anyone came to the table. Had to go to server station to get our own water because it wasn't brought to our table. When server finally came to table we had to ask for more water. Worst service I ever had at a restaurant and it was not even busy. Service sucked

Others received their food before us. I ordered biscuits and gravy and it was very lacking in gravy and not very warm. Ever glasses went empty. When I stared to ask for more water and extra gravy the lady walked away as soon as I asked for water and didn't hear the rest. At this point my food is sitting here half eaten due to it being cold and missing a good portion of the gravy.
