was left by waitress waiting to be seated for 10 minutes after she seated the people that entered a few seconds before me. Was sitting at table for 10 minutes before waitress greeted me and i had put menu on corner of table to let her know that I was ready to order. Took waitress another 10 minutes to deliver salad. Waitress never checked on me after delivering food. People that arrived 15 minutes after me were greeted immediately and order taken within minutes of sitting down. So dissatisfied with waitress that I will never sit at one of her tables again

I was not Satisfied with my experience due to the fact that the team member seemed as if she didn't want to be at work and when taking our order she was rushing us and not getting the full order out before leaving. She didn't ask if we wanted anything other than waters to drink. When asking about desert she walked off without even letting us finish what was being said of being placed in to go box, as walking away said that she would, came back with item on a plate and not in a to go box. Also the Salmon Cesar was not plated correctly, not cut at all and didn't look appealing at all. Also you could hear the team members complaining about other things that were going on inside the store and who was and was not working.

Granted it was in the wee hours of the morning, but no excuse for the rudeness of server when questioned about how a steak should be cooked. Mine was dry and gray.... She rolled her eyes and puffed off after I Questions and said yes I would like to have it redone.

I went in to buy a couple pies. The board said fruit pies 7.99. After waiting at least ten minutes to get waited on, the gal was slow and charged 9.99 and 11.99. She would not honor the sign. I left with the pies frustrated.

I ordered takeout which included the purchase of a slice of cherry pie. There were not many people in the restaurant at all. When I arrived home with my order, the pie was not there! It was paid for but left out so I had to rush back through traffic and get it (I promised it to my father in law). The same server (Chris) said oh yeah I did forget. I'm sorry him here you go and then Walked away. Not very heartfelt nor did she address my inconvenience. I could understand if the restaurant had been crowded but it was not

I only come to Shari's to buy pies as a last resort. Due to the service I receive each time, I never feel that I would want to dine here. The staff are unfriendly and quite unwelcoming. Even though there may not be that many diners, it takes a while to be greeted. When picking up a pie, the staff doesn't greet you for a length of time, and when they finally do acknowledge your presence, they either make you wait while they attend to other customers, or are very rude in their demeanor. I have not felt valued as a customer. I wish it had only happened as a one time occurrence, but the lack of friendly service occurs each and every time. It's unfortunate but I would not choose Shari's as my first choice of businesses to go to.

My sister's soup was "lukewarm." She didn't complain. I asked the lady, "Don't your salads come w/ tomato anymore?" She replied they were "out," and said "well, these salads only come with 1 or 2 little tomatoes anyway. But I could get you some from the kitchen." I thought, "Out? A restaurant 'out' in the middle of the day?" Well if she could have given me some from the kitchen, why didn't she, before she brought the salad out? I hate having to ask for something that should have been there in the first place. I asked why spinach wasn't in the salad like I had so enjoyed before? "Well, they changed them a couple weeks ago." Very disappointed. I had just talked by 35 yr old son into going to Shari's in Puyallup on May 8, and he was pleasantly surprised at nice turkey sand. lunch, spinach, and nice salad. "Hey, they've really upgraded," he told me. And added he would go again with me. He probably won't now that I tell him no more spinach. And my waitress today put 1/2 sand. on huge plate meant for salad and sand.--it did not look appetizing. Salad came in a bowl (sans spinach). Probably to make up for no tomatoes?! Please go back to nice lunch like on May 8.

Food order mistaken- Ordered French Toast with scrambled eggs. Received cold french toast no eggs plus bacon. Took the order back took off the bacon and returned the cold french toast with bacon grease on plate. French Toast was laden with oil/grease (other than bacon) after a while eggs came. They were freshly cooked - no issue with the eggs other than being late. Also- Storage of the filthy dirty wet floor cones should not be out in the open where customers can see. Please have them in the back or in closet and clean them. Restaurant was well lit and clean other than the nasty cones in the open.

Our waiter's clothing was extremely dirty!!! I spoke to the manager, I believe, and told him about it and he seemed to just "brush me off" by saying that new uniforms were coming in soon. That had nothing to do with the waiter's current dress.
