Newly remodeled very open and bright. I had the nachos way too salty would have had chicken or beef without all the salt! Great server very accommodating.

Took to'o long to have our food. Saw another table got their food before us but we were seated and place our order before them. My husband food did not look right and some of his food was not on the same plate it was delivered to'o late. Waitress did not check often to see if we need anything else and if everything was okay.When I said that my salmon soup was too sour she did not please me to give me a discount or waive the charge for the soup. We were almost 40 minutes waiting for our food. This is a very poor service. So sad

I was placed on a list for a table. There was myself, a party of 4, a part of 2 and another party of 1) I waited 11 minutes for a table. In that time 2 parties checked out and one came in for a pie. Once seated, there were a total of five empty tables on my side of the restaurant. This makes the wait look like poor management and not a lack of servers. I did not wait to receive coffee and water, the server did that promptly! I asked for a few extra minutes to decide and the waitress came back promptly in 4 minutes! The manager served my cold food. Probably it was sitting in the window. The server then obviously was unaware that my food had been delivered so did not check back. It was cold. Cheese not at all melted in scrambled egg. Pancakes so cold butter wouldn't even start to melt. A partially filled syrup cup (about 2 tablespoons for two pancakes) so seemingly the manager didn't take time to watch it fill and didn't pay attention to a half filled small container. If not that, it was an attempt to save .05 at the expense of an unhappy customer. I was seated at a dirty table. Dishes had been cleared but not yet wiped, hostess didn't check and walked away. Poorly trained.

Got seated at 11:45 or so, got our food at 12:43 and it was warm-ate it fast enough before it got entirely cold-then or course got a stomach ache. Husbands steak was the size of a chicken tender. The only time after that we saw our waitress was when she gave us the check.

Its just that the prices are SO HIGH we cant afford to go there very often

Waiter was being shadowed by a new employee and kept forgetting what we asked for. Had to ask a second and third time. Otherwise everything was okay.

The building was freezing, hanging fans were on. When I asked for our above me and my small children, the manager said they don't turn off its decoration fan...-_- so then our server was amazing she tried to make us as comfortable as she could, but then our food came, cold yet burnt pancakes, had them sent back. Brought us more over cooked pancakes, took a bite of my hash browns and I couldn't cut through them because they were under the heat lamp too long. Didn't bother sending them back because this is obviously a thing. So just won't be coming back, too cold and food wasn't worth the price

Not enough service help for the amount of customers. They tried, but too much for them. Food was predictable, but not as tasty or flavorable as prior visits. I had salmon and it was a little overcooked. Holiday weekend, we were in a hurry, so did not send back. Normally I would. But the new look of the table and layout was good for me.
