There was an obvious problem in the kitchen. We waited a very long time for our food. Our waitress Marilyn(18010) did everything humanly possible to make us comfortable during this time. We had our 25 month old grandson who got cranky during this period Marilyn saw this and helped us with Joey. Her genuine concern for our comfort made a negative turn to a positive. Thank you and thank Marilyn for us we will return because we know even in a bad situation you care to make your customers comfortable and that's what your style of restaurant is comfortable eating away from home. Thanks John t waters jr.

my order was cold and overcooked. they took the charge off the bill.

Vegetables were mushy due to being overcooked. Thus they did not appear good and tasted bland.

Crappy Table service. Maybe not enough employees? No drink or water refills. Needed more napkins. Just poor service tonight.

I felt that with how non busy it was in there, that it should not have taken as long as it did to be greeted or seated. The supervisor/manager on duty at the time was not helpful with the wait staff that was at the front trying to process a transaction for a guest and handle the door at the same time. It was slow enough that while one person was cashing out an order the other could (and should have) been greeting and seating guest. The supervisor/manager was busy worrying about trying to sell a whole pie to us while we were waiting to be seated, and when told was looking for later just left it at that and walked away.

Our waitress did not seem to enjoy her job. I don't know if she was just busy or what, but she was not very inviting.

The service was great, however when the food was delivered the hash browns were cold and the toast was over done so much that it was hard and also cold.

the eggs in the Eggs Benedict were not cooked enough, and the price too high for what I got.

Everything is fine except for your coffee. I don't know if it is how you brew, or the brand of coffee of what, but like I commented, McDonald's has better.
