have more cushiony seats, leave extra napkins, have a full dessert menu not just the pies

Waitress forgot to bring my soup. I had to ask for it. I wasn't half through the soup when main course arrived, so I didn't finish the soup. The waitress forgot our dinner rolls. We just decided to forget it. Our experience in the food industry, tells us we are staying home to eat. It's too costly, and service is lacking all over for a 20% expectation of a tip. My comment includes fast food as well. However, we do like Shari's. The restaurant wasn't busy?!

I odered cinnamon rolls and 3 pies, for our reunion in Wenatchee. In stead of Marionberry no added sugar, I was given a Rhubarb pie. There was no way of knowing if the pies were sugar free or not.

A large party 20+ showed up plus regular people coming into the restaurant. They were short two employees but they did a great job. There was two waitresses, two cooks and one busboy. There was a manager but he wasn't really doing any physical work. The two cooks were really on top of the situation, I was impressed how fast they got all that food out

Pancakes were dry and less tasty than before. They usually are my favorite pancakes. Maybe next time the service will be quicker -- took too much time for a Tuesday night.

When we asked the waitress what kind of coffee they have, she said only drip. However, according to online menu there are caramel macchiatos and late options

The new open layout of the restaurant is quite noisy. There always seems to be people waiting in a line at the register trying to pay.

The pancakes taste much better than IHOP or Dennys but the chicken fried steak was a bit tough and the biscuits were stale and dry, not fresh at all.
