One of the orders was not good and will not be ordered again. It was the fish 'n chips. Everything else was really good.

I had to ask for a refill on water. And the water glass was very small. I also had the strawberry cannoli and there was way to much cream cheese.

It was ok. Once we weren't even seated and left, so it is a step up from there. My wife ordered a dish and then asked the waitress for some syrup. The waitress responded that the dish is sweet already. We repeated the request, and the waitress responded, "Well, I just don't want it to go to waste." Yet, there is a pot of coffee and 2 glasses of water on our table. To make sure "nothing went to waste", we drank all of the water, all of the coffee, and used all of the syrup. At least my wife and I were able to laugh through the whole meal about not wasting things.

The Restaurant was totally understaffed!!! On Friday Night with all your Specials. People were standing out the Door. Next time I'm going to Denny's.

I had a order to go along with eat in. I asked that the to go food be prepared when we got our ticket and were ready to check out. It came out with our in food purchase so the to go order was cold by the time I got it home. They don't listen at the Kent location.

We were highly satisfied with everything about the restaurant...the only thing we would have changed was that the fish would have not been cooked so well done...it was okay but it would have tastier if it had not been so crisp and dark...but everything else about the meal and the people serving was wonderful...

I was here about 4 sundays ago and ended up walking out, along with 4 or 5 others. Eleven a.m., not real busy, and the lobby is full and folks waiting outside. Restaurant was only half full. After waiting about 10 minutes i went up and asked why is it taking so long to get seated, new guy started making excuses about the cooks having problems. So what. Get the customers seated and they will be a lot happier, and less likely to leave. Today the bus boy could not have made more noise if he had tried. Quit throwing stuff around in the trays.

My wife is a diabetic and unfortunately is limited to what she can eat. She ordered the stuffed hash browns and they were delivered cold. Sent back and once microwaved, we were satisfied. Also ordered sausage with my breakfast but it was delivered with ham. Manager brought out 2 sausage links, which was exceptional customer service. I believe Shari's could have had 1-2 more wait staff on duty as ours was covering many tables.
