We were greeted like we were family. We haven't been to Shari's for several months and were pleasantly surprised by the remodel. All members of the serving team(including the manager)were courteous, friendly and professional.

Food is always delicious, servers are friendly and always made sure we had what we needed and our drinks were filled. And the general area is very clean!

My experience was good! Nothing bad.

Food was OK but not as tasty as I remember. One of the best dishes was the salad which was served ahead of the other dishes. Much better than salads which I have been getting at the senior place I have live for the past 1.5 years. Don't remember as much about the main dish, etc.

I ordered country fried steak and eggs. I didn't feel the steak lived up to the standards of a country fried steak that I normally would get at other breakfast restaurants.. The steak seemed like a large hamburger patty that had been breaded. Not what I remember from Previous Sharis and not other restaurants.

New wait person, but highly motivated. And the food was good for Sharis as was the value. But not a four star satisfaction. My wife and I go about once per month. Summer opened the door and was very attentive. Even ran out with my hat, which I forgot. Note: My wife is in a wheelchair.

I equate "Highly Satisfied" with exemplary service. We were treated well, served quickly, waited on consistently and in a friendly manner. I just don't give top scores easily.
