This was a take out order. I ordered the French Toast and made it a breakfast. I literally received two very small bites of scrambled eggs, the apples I ordered on top of the french toast was freezing cold completely ruining the french toast making it not fit for consumption, and once again they totally forgot my pie and my order and still charged me for it. My total bill was $26.35 and what I received was not even worth $10.00. If I wasn't so time constraint this evening which is why take out was ordered I would be there putting in a huge complaint once again with management, not that it ever does any good as the same errors are constantly repeated.

The past 3 visits I have made to sharis there have been problems. The first visit 2 1/2 months ago my food was molded. About a month ago I decided to give it another shot and come back which was a disaster all in its own. Food was raw, nothing was made right, bacon we paid for wasn't received (even when sent back to be made right). Now today out running errands decided to stop by and get breakfast to see if it would be different than dinner foods, my gosh was I wrong. Yet again another problem. As soon as I broke into my hash browns a hair pulled out. I will most definitely not return to your business or recommend it to anyone. Three strikes and you're out.

Just walked in, ordered the prime rib stroganoff. Was offered soup or salad. Asked for the soup, waitress came back later... "Sorry, we're out of the soup for the night." No problem, asked for the salad instead, 2 mins later the waitress returns... "I'm sorry, we're out of the stroganoff for the night too. Did you want to see the menu again?" At this point I decided to just pay the $3 For my soda and go home. I feel like offering a discount on whatever else I was gonna order that night would have kept me there, also, not having to pay $3 For a soda I wasn't gonna get refilled because I wasn't staying would have been a nice gesture, but I guess not.

We arrived at the restaurant at about 6pm and were sat right away. The waiter was very prompt with getting our drink orders then food orders. After our food order was taken the server was very hard to track down for anything we needed. We were sitting there for 45 mins and realized we still hasn't received our food. We had to track down the hostess because our server wasn't checking on us or in sight for us to track down. We then found out at the time that there was a problem in the kitchen with being down a line so orders were backed up but we were the third ticket. We explained that it would have been nice to be told that before we ordered and the server told us that at that time the issue wasn't that bad. I find it very unexceptable that we had to track someone down to find out what was taking so long and we weren't told from the beginning about the issue. On top of that when we finally received our meals none of them were that great tasting and were just Luke war . We were there a total of an hour and a half and maybe 30 mins of that was eating the rest of the time was waitin .
