We were placed at the back of a semi-circle arrangement. The waitress was not attentive. I had to go up to the front and ASK for service. No voluntary refills of our drinks, no follow through, food was lukewarm. Very unsatisfactory.

I ordered buscuits and gravy. I ordered it with no fruit anywhere near it due to an allergy. When we got our food, They had put orange slices on EVERY dish. I sent it back to get remade and when it was delivered, it was cold and they added Paparika to my order when I have NEVER had it that way before. I had to ask to have it removed from the bill because I did not eat it. And when I went to check out and pay the bill, I was greeted with silence and felt like they all despised me for saying anything at all. I will NEVER go back to that Shari's again as they have treated me and my 3 god-daughters extremely badly and made me feel like I was the worst person on the planet for being born with an allergy and I should not have asked for the order to be remade. Even the manager treated us like dirt under their feet.

We come here every week. This week we were rushed , food was not right and the waitress could not help with questions with the menu. I felt like no one cared about us.

(Bremerton location) When we first entered the restaurant, we were not greeted, nor did the attendant acknowledge our presence until after five minutes. When she finally did acknowledge us, it was while walking away towards the back of the restaurant and by simply telling us a table was still being cleaned. Once we were seated, we were given our coffee with no condiments, and when I prompted the waitress for creamer, she kind of gave me a look. My daughter asked for Pink Lemonade and she brought us regular lemonade instead and told us that's what we had asked for. When she took our orders, my mother-in-law asked if her sweet potato fries could be changed to regular french fries and was told she couldn't. My father-in-law asked for soup, and we were told they had no soup in the restaurant. At that point, I looked at my father-in-law and said "let's get out of here." We left everything that had been served to us at that point (coffee w/ no creamer and the wrong lemonade) and walked out. We then went to the Shari's in Silverdale and had the total opposite experience. Your waitress Amanda was WONDERFUL and I intend to go to the Shari's in Silverdale vice Bremerton from now on.

Our server Rachel was not attentive at all. She rushed through taking my boyfriend and I's orders. Did not ask how we wanted anything cooked. Cut my boyfriend off when he tried saying something. She was to preoccupied with providing service to the small group of young men behind us. My empty water cup sat at the edge of my table for 15minutes. She looked at it multiple times and even brought us a check but never refilled my water. Highly disappointed in our service and will not be returning now.

A pie shake was ordered, it took far too long to be delivered and was only half delivered at that. All 3 orders were wrong and when told the problem the waitress took little action to correct the problem other than try and excuse the error on Karleigh's part while blaming the cooks. Silverware was not delivered until asked for 3 times. Waters were only refilled once during the visit. We felt ignored 90% of the time. The prime rib was overcooked and not pleasant to eat. We were absolutely dissatisfied with the entire meal and will not be recommending Sharis to anyone again

10+ tables and one server. So service was a little slow. Regulars came in and server paid more attention to them, even while serving our table and never refilled srinks. Checked on us once. Pancakes had tons of vanilla and tasted like cake/cypcakes. Super dense and falling apart. Hash browns were undercooked. Club was all bread and lettuce. 10 small fries on a plate. Food under the table. Sticky menus. Server brought our check and started taking plates and asked if there was anything else. Since it was free pie wed we looked confused and asked if we qualified (both had full meals) and she kind of sighed and said yeah. Thing is she had been asking people all night when they were close to done with food. Didn't ask us or offer and seemed like she was going to let us leave without. Regulars only ordered 1 meal and server gave them 2 pieces even after she said they only get 1 but it's ok.

I should NOT have to pay $28.44 for 2 eggs & bacon breakfasts!!! No way!! We ordered a par of 2 eggs, bacon and toast, and 2 cups of coffee. The order came with hash brown, and a very small amounts of jam. I asked for more jam and received one more tiny container. The bacon was thin and tasteless. No way was that meal worth $28.44!! Maybe in the $16-$18 range. Conversely, 2 days earlier, we ate at The Original Pancake House and spent $26.99 for a similar breakfast, with pancakes and VERY HIGH-END bacon (4 strips). THAT meal was worth the cost!! Lower your prices for your basic breakfasts or you will lose more customers!!!

I'm not sure if this particular survey code goes with this experience but I went 2 days in a row to give the benefit of a doubt and both times were a waste of money and a huge disappointment. One day the waitress got our order wrong, brought us cold old food that was undercooked, didn't check on us, never got refills on drinks that were brought to us half full. The next day we had a rude waitress again and was brought drinks in a dirty cup. Again we were not checked on. Both times we were made to feel we were not important and there were only 3 other parties in the building. We and our family will never return.

Our server, Trina O. 354883, was very nice. Our complaint is the lack of management. The table next to us which was actually in our party as well, we all ordered at the same time. That table received their food in a timely manner, finished their food, ordered dessert, finished that and we still had not received our meal. We saw our meal sitting on the counter under the lights for at least 15 minutes. We asked for the Manager twice and when she finally came over her excuse for the food being so long was that it was not complete, that each plate was missing something. When the meals finally got to the table two of them, cold, two of them missing half of what they came with. This whole time all the manager was doing was standing at the counter looking around, moving plates around and wiping her nose on the back of her hand as she was touching plates with food on them. That in itself is disgusting and a huge no no, I work in an elementary school kitchen. This so called manager should have stepped up and helped the servers with customer service, getting the orders out, doing whatever needed to be done in a timely manner. As a company you need to rethink this gal as a manager. Just awful
