The service was slow and it took over half hour to get food. Usually a lot faster and it wasn't crowded.

I emptied my drink more than once and had to wait for a refill during the course of my meal. Our seats were adjacent to the waitress station, so we were easily visible.

The staff is great on greeting. I've had multiple visits where my waitress doesn't chef back to my table to refill drinks, I've had to leave my table for service. The last visit my family waited too long for our meal, and for us to see it just sitting waiting to be brought to us, caused me to make sure I did a survey. I have had great service on some of my visits in the past, these issues have happened on more recent visits.

It seemed like our order took longer to arrive. It was hot when it arrived.
