Shari's

We were greeted at the door by the manager and seated promptly. He gave us menus and said our server would be there shortly. We waited a long time before our server came to the table (almost 10 minutes). We gave our drink order and food order. My son ran out of his drink and she never came back to check on us while the food was being prepared. Had to wait until the food was delivered to get his drink refilled. Before our food was even delivered she brought our checks to us which never has happened to us before. Once our food was delivered, she never came back to check on us to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. She finally returned to get our dirty dishes but still didn't ask if we needed anything. We did buy a pie which she boxed up for us but the manager took care of everything else. I wish I could remember her name. Because of her I am not sure I will go back to this Shari's location even though I really like the manager. She was a blonde haired skinny girl is all I know.

Just haven't been on a high lately.

there's just some times that are better than others...I frequent my local Shari's often and quite like the whole team but it seems some days I'm are more likely than not to give only the bare minimum of attention

After we were first seated it seem to take longer than usual to get even a drink going. But, once she came then she was mostly on top of everything. We didn't always see her when we needed her.

The order was wrong. The waitress gave us false price information and im consequence our bill was higher than expected.

The chicken fried steak on breakfast order was way over cooked the bottom part of the chicken fried was hard from being over cooked had to use the steak knife to cut it.

The waiter wasn't very attentive.

the onion rings were not crisp...in fact they were under done and soggy with oil the chicken fried steak was not a steak but a freezer burned hamburger...disgusted! I've never had these kind of issues here before and wasn't displeased with the service at all....i mentioned the issues i had with the food and just asked for a discount on the meal and not a replacement since the rest of it all was quite good...i was given said discount without any hassle

This is a ridiculous survey. Too time consuming. Your staff was excellent.

I could hear loud music coming from the kitchen, which conflicted with the music playing in the dining area. It was somewhat distracting.
