Shari's

A little disappointed with pie flavor and the portion of ice cream was a little off. We would liked a little faster service considering we only ordered pie and coffee. No offers of refills while we were there. We realize, however, that they were also busy at the time.

We waited quite a while before our server came to our table. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot at that time. Then we waited for our food and when it did come it almost came all at once, appetizer, salad and entree. We didn't finish one before the next one showed up. The onion rings were gooey and stuck together.

They constantly put small coffee pots on the table, by the time I dring the first on, the second cup is Luke warm.

Everything is always good. Sometimes it takes longer to get the check, but that has nothing to do with the food or service.

I’m picky - my grilled cheese was a folded over slice of bread . Wish it had been a sandwich shape , cut in half

There short staffed, has lunch, then order pie it took 10 minutes to receive it. The service has be lacking the last 6 weeks!

It was a good visit to the Silverdale Shari's. We do not live nearby and so will not be likely to return in the near future. The waitress was very helpful and did a wonderful job. The food was fine, not outstanding, but good.

It was just too busy. The service and food we're still great. I just felt a bit claustrophobic.

I believe it was the time of day, about 4:00, but there seemed to be only one waitress who was trying to cover too many tables; a couple ladies almost left because it was taking so long for the waitress to get back to them. A second waitress came on shift so the ladies stayed, but it did take too long to be noticed although our waitress was doing her best.

I wish there were more items included in the honors menu.
