My food was served to me in a timely manner, and the waitresses paid good attention to how full my drink was.

The appetizer choice is not good. The meat did not taste meaty enough. Water was not served at the beginning of the meal.

Prime rib was dried out on the edges of the eggs bendict and food came to the table Luke warm.

We frequent the Silverdale location often.There is a new waitress named Holly who takes excellent care of us when we dine there. All the staff there is great. Even the Mgr. Steve is a personable guy. We've enjoyed the menu over the years. Our ONLY complaint is that the chain decided to discontinue serving peach pie..my favorite!

Tamera was perfect.. The omelet was DRY as a bone. The outside was scorched. Wife’s waffle with strawberries was perfect. This is the first meal that was sub par and we have been dining here for at least. 100 years! Carl Nau

We waited 22 minutes for our food. The steak was lacking the usual flavor. When a customer chooses a salad on the "honored" menu, the cook should at least throw some parsley on the dinner plate (it looks really bare with a piece of meat and some potatoes). Thank you, we still love Sharis.

Our server stated that we could not add a whole pie to our order with the Mix and Match promotion to receive 25% off. We were told that you have to buy 3 pies, or 3 entrees. We received the 20% off our two entrees.
