Shari's

This was an online order placed around 3am and the location was not busy at all. When I arrived at the restaurant all of the hot items were ready waiting. I had to ask for my salads that were ordered and paid for. I could tell how unhappy this made the employees that I should want what I paid for. I had to wait for them to prepare the salad. I also asked where my pie was and the lady said they were out because it was busy the day before. Why I was not told this when I paid for it is beyond me. It was substituted. Got home and all the hot food was cold. I ordered a ceaser and received a garden salad. No sauces for my onion rings. The chicken club consisted of 2 chicken strips on a bun with soggy lettuce and tomatoes. Food was horrible, fast food would have been better quality and at least warm.

Waitress was very good but it took to long for my meal to come 30 minutes and when it did come it my meal was cold. The poor waitress was frustrated and she was apologizing to other patrons also waiting for there meal. I blame the kitchen staff cooks and the price that you charge one would expect the meal to be hot.

The waitress never stopped to see if we needed anything from the time the food was delivered to the time she brought me the check. Bad service!!!!!!

We arrived before 10PM was served our drinks right away but our order was not taken until 20 min after 10. We never received our food until 10 min to 11 and then had to request silverware to eat with. my friends food was not right. Wrong bun on her hamburger, sent it back and then when brought back when top of bun was removed underneath side was a black color and smelled of burned grease. Sent food back again and she never received her food back again until 10 min after 11. It was not that busy so to me the slowness was totally unnecessary.

The Hostess wanted to set us at a table back in the corner where he kitchen door was. We passed by 4 empty tables to get there. We asked for a different table. When seated the waitress did not come to our table or greet us for 15 mins. We ordered tea and juice, another 10 mins. She came back 10 mins. later to take our order. Our food came about 15 mins or so, it was cold, burnt and not what we expected, was to have ham, there was none, and used bacon bits in it, sausage was burnt. Waitress never came back to our table and we could not get any ones attention. We got our check we were ready to go. I did not leave a tip, I did not even feel that I should have paid for the meal. It was gross.

Food was cold, my plate arrived 8 mins after my husband's, there was so many grounds in my cup of coffee when I finished our, I couldn't even see the inside bottom of my cup.

i have never been this dis-satisfied with a restaurant before we were seated across from the cash register/main coffee & beverage station It took our waitress at least 10-min's to walk out from behind the pie station across from our table and actually take our order, this was after the manager seated us and served our drinks, she never came back to check on us, we had to actually had to stop a different waitress, not our own, for my wife to get a refill after waiting for our waitress to do it. Our food came out not even warm and must have been sitting for a good period of time. When our waitress finally reappeared she ask me to refill my drink, I said yes. ten-minutes later she came back with the bill and no-refill. We paid our bill and left. My wife wanted to go to Denny's across the street but I do not care for the restaurant because it is older and does not have the atmosphere of Shari's but this is the 2nd time this has happen at this restaurant and has never happen at Denny's. I guess from here on out I will be going across the street to get service and a warm meal.
