Shari's

The menu said the cinnama station platter came with stuffed hash browns, which I did not receive. The eggs were greasy and unappetizing. The size of the cinnamon French toast were very small. Being charged $12 for this meal was a rip off and I could have made better at home. The one in Vancouver is 1,000 times better, I will never be back to this location.

you could not eat the bread.chicken was no bigger then a silver dollar. waiter brought an empty pot of coffee and left it. terrible all the way around.it used to be one of the favorite places for the family and co-workers to go.this is the 3rd time in a row that this has happened..but yet King city location is great.why is that??? word of mouth is best or worse advertisement around.. ref 1016-0094-9111-0798 for king city......it was great as always

We went in on free pie Wednesday. We did not get free pie. Free pie means NO CHARGE. We did not get free pie. You shouldn't say "free" unless it is actually FREE. This caused us a lot of problems when we were figuring the check. NOT HAPPY!

We sat for 30 min waiting to give our order to our server. She was not attentive. We have a high energy toddler, and long waits can be a big problem for us, as well as our fellow diners. Tough to get service.. refills, napkins, desserts I ordered the lunch trio- pie never came. At one point we told the manager we needed service, he said " I'll get your server." .... which was the problem. Arrived approx 11:35am

I cannot believe the horrible level of customer service. I used to be a HUGE Shari's fan but after this visit I doubt I'll be back with my family :(

Service was poor. Toasted cheese sandwiches hardly had any cheese in them. Toast was cold enough that the butter was just a glob on it. The smoothie that was ordered didn't get served until after we had finished eating and was ready to leave. There was no option offered for type of bread for toasted cheese sandwiches. The dinner size chicken fried steak was small. There was a larger serving of potatoes (almost twice the size) than the chicken fried steak.

Three small hotcakes cost 7.89, three strips of shriveled up bacon cost 4.29. Outrageous for a low end restaurant. And on top of that the food was barely warm. Will not be back.

We have been coming to this Shari's for 17 years and this is the second time we have received bad food. The service was terrible. We received our drinks and the waitress never came back to refill them. From the time we ordered our food it took 45 minutes to an hour to get our food. And it was not busy! When we received our food it was cold like it had been setting on the counter for a long time. Part of the kids meal was missing. My grandson ordered the pioneer off the kids menu and received 1/2 his food. The hot pastrami sandwich was cold and hard as a rock. The salmon dinner had burnt vegi's and was cold. Never received salads or soup until after dinner had arrived and had to ask for them! Very disappointed!!

The split pea soup my wife ordered was cold and gelatinous. My pastrami burger on a pretzel roll was cold, tasteless, overcooked and the bin was not a pretzel bun, but a stale wheat bun.

While at sharis I encountered a worker by the name of brandy i felt she was very rude/hostile and judgemental and it is for this reason that i will not be returning the place was clean service great the waiter was awesome food was good quality at low price but i should never feel like im being judged or threatned big thumbs down for brandy
