My food took over an hour and they weren’t busy at all. Waitresses standing around talking. French toast was just bread no batter. Foot say in window for along time and was cold. Waitress was inconvenienced that I didn’t want my food but took 20 mins after getting said food for her to check in on us. Will not be back as I now have to go get a meal else where since a replacement wasn’t offered.

The fact that the MANAGER BRANDY thinks it is funny I get upset that everyone wants to cram a menu in my face instead of taking my order or even offering me a beverage astounds me. The fact that she tells me to calm down when I have been quiet and patient just tired of being offered a menu when it is not needed as she walks away from me is even more fuel on the fire. The fact that I can only visit when 2 or 3 cooks are working is another real bad situation. I am very glad that I ordered a large WATER and a PITCHER as the return visit of the staff was non existent including the fact that BRANDY saw/handled my order in the window and left it for someone else to grab, turn around, and place in front of me. IF I see she is on duty the next time I walk through the door I will turn around and go to Denny's as I at least get treated as a GUEST there, even if they can not cook eggs to save their life.

I ordered the Prime Rib Dip and the meat was burnt to black cinders. I hate complaining, so I suffered through the first half, but couldn't eat the second half. I showed it to our server, who offered to have the sandwich remade, which declined, so she offered a free piece of pie. I took the pie, but the more I thought about it after I got home, I decided I actually shouldn't have been charged for the burnt sandwich, an option which wasn't offered. We love Shari's and always enjoy eating there. The workers are wonderful, but food in this instance was awful.

Silverware dirty. Asked a clean set and was given a clean spoon. I had to ask for a clean napkin. Had to ask for salt for the table. Went through 1/2 the meal without anyone checking on us eclven though I had my water glass on the edge of the table. Place was not busy.

It is obvious that the kitchen needs to have visual aides to show how items should look. The fact that half the kitchen was not used on a Wednesday Free Pie Night shows the lack of care about customer satisfaction.

The entire breakfast meal was soaked in butter,toast,eggs & hash browns. When the waitress delivered the breakfast she said “sausages shouldn’t look like this so I have two more links being cooked.” The original sausage links were never removed from my plate & the new sausage links weren’t delivered until I said something to the waitress 10 minutes later.

Wifes breakfast skillet/biscuit n gravy, my breakfast sampler were ALL MILDY WARM AT BEST. When I asked waitress to nuke my pancakes since the were cold to touch, she responded "are you sure? the plate is warm." I took it as if she was calling me a liar and should have simply said "OF COURSE" I wont speak of paying at the register and how long that took. Was offered free pie but after the cold food, couldn't trust the pie would be cold. I will say this, nearly every time my wife and I eat there the food is great and hot and usually satisfied when leaving. But how does one screw up a breakfast order and serve it less than warm? Insufficient cooks? I have never been a cook in a restaurant but I serve all portions of a breakfast, HOT, to my large family. We didn't even bother having them remake the order. You screw up a breakfast, YOU CAN'T COOK! Love being called a liar. Regards, Brian "The Liar" :-(

The Tuscan Salad's cost $11.29 and it was small with very little chicken in it, with quite a few croutons. For a salad of that cost I expect more chicken and a bigger salad.The water glass wasn't clean, when I tried to clean the rim of it with a napkin, it did not come clean. I couldn't even scrape the black stuck on food off with my nail. When the server left her shift, the replacement server basically forgot us and would didn't fill our water cups until we flagged her down. I was very unhappy with this experience there.

I ordered online to-go. Both my salad and soup, which I payed extra for, were not included when I picked up my food. I had to ask a staff member to receive the slice of pie I ordered.

When we first got to the restaurant we were waiting to put our name in the list. The hostess checked in several other party's that came in after us even though we were standing at the front to check in. Then when we were sat it took a long time for the server to come take our order. After she did I realized that there was an elderly couple that was sat before us that still had not been acknowledged. It was several minutes before or server even took their drink and food order. And she wasn't even apologetic. When we finally got our food there was burnt stuff (I'm guessing chocolate chips from another order) all over my pancakes. And all of the food was cold. Definitely very disappointed in everything.
