My husband ordered fish and chips which were undercooked and dripping in grease. I ordered the new turkey sandwich, the turkey was cold and was not very plentiful, the bacon was regular bacon, not the turkey bacon which they were out of. Our French fries were dripping in oil and under cooked. My husband ordered coconut cream pie which was totally frozen. We called our waiter over and he said he would replace with a slice of his choice, burnt pie crust, the cherries were good but crust NO.

You have had your loaded potato soup as a daily offering for years and now it is only once a week. We love that stuff and were very dissatisfied when it was not there.

I already stated that while I was in the restroom my meal was removed. I left my sunglasses on the table to signify that I had not left the restaurant. I had only eaten a small portion of my meal and had not even gotten a check. They returned my sunglasses but no one knew who cleared the table. A portion of my meal was replaced. But it didn't have much gravy and it wasn't as good as the first portion. There seemed to be a lot of confusion with the staff. I had been at this Shari's many times and could sense that the atmosphere was different. I asked if the management had changed and was told yes. It was evident to me. I felt uncomfortable throughout my time there.

We have patronized this Shari's consistently over the last 8 months. Getting a pie shake on Wednesday's has been a tradition for us. In the past, we've always enjoyed the food and the service. The amount we have been charged for the "upgrade" to a pie shake has varied from server-to-server, and from week-to-week, but the most we have been charged is a single "ala mode" ($1.59) and the pie is free. Tonight was a very different experience. We waited over 20 minutes for our order to be taken, and then another 20 minutes for our food to arrive. We arrived well after the dinner rush, so the delay was not the result of a crowded restaurant. The food was not great -- missing toppings on the salad, burned bread, little (almost no) salad dressing. We requested a pie shake and when we received our receipt, we were charged $4.77 for the ice cream. Since the entire charge for a pie shake is only $6, charging this much for the ice cream is absurd. Based on this, and a few other negative experiences in the last month, we will not be returning. We think ownership may have changed at this Shari's recently, we've received better care in the past. Regardless, we don't appreciate current operations.

My husband ordered the Top Sirloin steak med. rare. The steak was served rare and was so tough he couldn't chew it, so his only meal was the potato and onion rings.

When we walked into the restaurant there was another group of 2 waiting to be seated while the host was working on a problem with a payment. Then another group came in behind us. It took well over 10 minutes to be seated while the manager stood in front of the kitchen window not even looking up to see the backup. Then it took a while to get our food at which time we had to get new eggs, bacon and chives on the hashbrowns and a straw for our drink then after having to walk up to get the ticket the person taking the payment was RUDE and talking to other employees about them leaving while taking our payment.

The pancakes and the bacon were both overcooked. Very small serving for a large price. McDonald's makes better pancakes.

It was busy, so I understand the serving staff had multiple tables to take care of. we saw our server three times, once when we ordered our drinks, once receiving our drinks and qhen we received our food. When were were ready to leave we received our ticked at the front desk, and was not asked about our time or I would have brought up the issues. Again, it was a Friday night and they were very busy waiting on the customers.

I walked in late in the evening. I waited a bit to be seated (I was alone). A staff member cleaned off a table, said sit here, and disappeared. I sat there for at least 15 minutes, no menu, no drink, no service whatsoever. A couple was seated about 20 minutes after I sat down and was attended to immediately. I managed to catch that waitress and asked for assistance, which she quickly provided and apologized. It took a long time to get my meal, but it did arrive and was fine. The waitress was very sweet, and she did ask if I needed anything else. The food was fine overall, but the service as a whole was pitiful.

the portions were a lot smaller, the plates have been changed so the smaller portions still filled the plate, it did not look good on the plate, the food was just thrown on the plate, not presented well at all. also the food was lukewarm at best.
