We received our salads after placing our order and waiting appx 10+ minutes, and had not yet received anything to drink. Then before we even began to eat our salads, our beverages arrived after a reminder to our server and immediately behind that a different server brought out our meals; consequently, in order to enjoy our salads first, we had to let our meals sit and get cold. We each ordered a slice of pie to go, of which our server brought out all ready bagged for us; just prior to doing this survey, I pulled my slice of pie out of my refrigerator for dessert, and was very disappointed by what I saw, as my pie does NOT look like a pecan pie. I had to open another page and look at the pies to determine if my slice of pie really is what I requested, of which it is. I want a pecan pie to have more pecans than just little bits on the top.

Took awhile to order and after finished and ordered pie it took over 20 minutes to get the pie.

Mexi skillet was flavorless and appearance was grayish. Coffee pot handle was covered in syrup/jam. Took a long time for waitress to return. When brought to her attention she did bring another pot, which was equally dirty on the outside. Vestibule of the restaurant was very dirty. To their defense it was a very busy morning, but people were waiting for tables and no one was cleaning off dirty tables.

We were extremely shocked to see how the cooks were dressed, one with long hair, no hair coverings were worn just a baseball cap, no face haircoverings. I would not feel comfortable eating at this restaurant again until proper hygiene was exercised in the kitchen.

Our server only checked in with us to take our order, serve our order, and then one time after we received the order, roughly 20 minutes after we started eating. At that point She cleared my wife's plate, as She was finished with her meal, and sent in and order for another stack of pancakes for me, as I had ordered the endless pancakes. She then disappeared completely, not giving us any indication on if she was going on break, or was ending her shift; as well as not letting us know who would be taking over for her. We waited close to, if not a half an hour, for her to come back and bring me my pancakes and the check. She never did return, but after that time we finally had another server acknowledge us, so we were able to receive my pancakes. Come to find out she did not put a table number on the order, so the other servers were ignoring it once it came up. We ended up getting them to go and having the second server finally get us our check.

For a PIE HOUSE to not be able to serve unfrozen pies does not make sense. I understand the restaurant business and predicting sales can be difficult but then you do have a computer that can assist with the sales of these and having one extra pie of the popular flavors, sold each day (over what is sold the week before) would not break the system and if sold out increased even higher. But to be told to expect a FROZEN pie because it is POPULAR is just WRONG. IF I ordered an ICE CREAM Pie then I expect it to be frozen others the flavors are not designed to be served FROZEN. Has MANAGEMENT become so LAZY to not use the tools available to predict the sales on a daily basis and project the product needed to fulfill the desires of the customers? Just like having soup available between certain hours, I know this is harder but it does not take that long to heat it up when you see it is getting LOW.

Found I was a second class citizen who has to pay for their food because I am not a FRIEND to one of the STAFF. I am low on funds and my new tenant was broke, we agreed I would not eat in front of her without her having something in front of her (she was going to order fries) we agreed on a dinner salad, instead. The staff decided she could have anything she wanted, including the pie, on Shari's. I know that this is something that goes on in different restaurants and have even been a partaker in the receiving of some benefits but this to me was just absolutely RUDE, 2 people at the same table get such different treatment. I was not even given the courtesy of getting a choice for a FROZEN slice of pie or a second choice instead. I find it funny my dining experience is dictated on how busy "WE WERE" instead of planning for a "BUSY NIGHT". I could not have any soup as we ran out of ALL soups without requesting more to be prepped. we serve frozen pies because we do not forecast how many we need for FREE PIE WEDNESDAY. These are issues that should not be seen by the customer.

We did not receive our drinks right away. Customers that walked in after us had been helped with drinks and order taking already as we were waiting for our drinks. I ordered a milkshake as well and received it towards the end of my meal. Very disappointed with our visit.

I do not like your menu change for the BBQ ribs. You offer them with chicken strips, and a sausage. I told my server I did not want either the chicken strips or the sausage and could they please put on another rib in place of that. I did not receive an extra rib, but three one inch overcooked pieces on top of the rib. My dinner was warm. The coleslaw tasted and looked as if it has set out someplace warm. Not acceptable service or food. Please go back to the way it was or make your customers happy and give them what they ask for.

I realize they were busy. Josh did try but asked him to separate our tickets didn't tell end. We were a table of 8. He messed up the tickets. I believe it is a training problem and Sharis needs to change how they train waitresses waiters. When put a line for next order should be able to make tickets out like that???
