Although we were seated relatively promptly, we waited too long for our order to be taken and it took nearly 50 minutes for our food to arrive. Then after our food arrived, it took over ten minutes to get the waitress's attention to bring ketchup. My poached eggs on the egg benedicts were boiled to hard yolks. Then it took nearly another twenty minutes to get our check. When the cashier asked me how was everything- I mentioned the very slow service (politely). She just looked down and processed my payment. No apology, no we'll like to try harder when you come back, no I'm so sorry. Nothing. Including thank you for coming.

Service was especially slow this time. I was also disappointed in the size and taste of the sandwich (a sort of BLT) I ordered. I can't believe you charge $9-10 for it. Also, the fries were cold and bland. If it weren't for the free slice of pie that night, I don't know that I would ever come back if I were buying.

I had received a20% off breakfast in my emails, but when I paid the offer wasn't on my registered card. Hostess made no attempt to make it right.

Our waitress was doing the best she could considering the manager, Brandy, was doing nothing but giving orders to her staff. They were very busy and she did nothing to alleviate the situation. Previous visits has shown that the male manager of this restaurant has the same attitude. We will not be returning to this Shari's. Considering that we have approximately 60 miles to go to another store, this is a shame. My opinion is that the management feels most patrons are travelling and won't be returning, so they just don't care.

I ordered tea, it was bad tasting like it was old tea.. We were told tea bags were in manager's office n couldn't make anymore tea! First I heard of that one.. Manager doesn't like to waste tea so they just make on top of old.. This can make you sick, in case you don't know.. We bought a cherry pie, husband bit into his n came down on seed.. Luckily he did not break a tooth.. I found the crust was a littler stale as well.. First time ever on pie like this.. Your pies are very good..

We were placed in a booth next to kitchen area, lots of traffic & noise. Dead, squashed fly on window at eye level. Had to ask that it be cleaned up. Ordered bacon & crisp English muffin. Order came with bacon so hard I couldn't eat it & soggy muffin. Husband's breakfast was cold. Butter would not melt on French toast. They deducted cost of the bacon because I brought it to their attention. Men's restroom was dirty.

Because we asked for separate checks 3 times at first, when she went to get the check, and when we paid, she put it on one so my friend and I both had a Sharis card, she had a free pie on her card, it took that off then since she wouldn't split our check it wouldn't let me use my 5.00 off and gave my points of the 12.51 I paid on her card so not only did I not get to use my 5.00 I never got credit for what I bought!! After telling her three times gee!!!

Once we received our food the waitress didn't return to table until she walked by and left bill. We both ordered our egg over medium and they were next to hard. My husband ordered a waffle and it was tough, my toast was cold with a glob of butter on it. Very disappointed in this Shari's we go to the one in Lacey,Wa where Tim Wines is the manager and we have always had good food and good service, to bad this on in Kelso,Wa don't take pointer from them. Thank You for the chance to express how I feel
