When our waitress went Kim break the manager said he would "take care of us while she was on break" and we didn't see him after that! my 8 year old son had to wait 20 extra min for his meal!! Not happy

Great greeting at the door. One of the best shari's in the area. Lots of people but the staff wasn't over ran. Great food.

There were only two servers/hosts to handle 30 or so customers.

The food we got was excellent. We did not get all of our order, though. We ordered 4 thank hugging meals and only got 2 rolls. Also, for the poor that came worth the meals, we ordered 3 regular pumpkin pie and 1 triple layer pumpkin, but got 4 plain pumpkin. I really wanted to try that other one.

My food was overcooked, chicken was dry and noodles not very hot and not a lot of sauce. On check out, the cashier did not once ask how our meal was. If she would have, I would have said something about the meal. The other members of my party were satisfied with their meal.

Of all the visits to Shari's, this is the first time I submitted negative feedback. Y'all should be ashamed of the portion size of the ribs included with the trio rib dinner. There was more chicken strips and sausage than ribs. Any mention of being a "rib dinner" should be dropped from the name of this dish.

The waitress complained about her job, boss and coworkers the entire time I was there so loud that the entire Resturant could hear. My BLT bread was so buttery and greasy I could not eat it.

Busy sat. Seated promptly but waited to long after overseeing, hash browns overdone and cool. Service by heather was great

My wife ordered the Strawberry Cannoli. It really was a pancake with filling and strawberries on it. NO way in heck it was a cannoli. For the price they were. I really was a waste of money. The last few times I've been in your restaurant the food has not been the same, The flavor just has not been there. In the past I eat there a lot, But I think it will be less from Know on.
