The portions were very skimpy and the food was not very hot

both of us ordered prime rib beef stroganoff. There was a lot of pieces of meat fat.

It was 20 mins before our order was taken, and the drink order was taken at the time of the food order. The food also took a very long time to arrive.

we love our kelso sharis. we come here 1-2 times a month at least. everything was great with our breakfast. stuffed potatoes were dynamite. The issue was we we got home and that evening we cut into our pie it was peach not marionberry. what a disappointment. other than that excellent as usual. charlene

They were very busy with only one waitress and the mgr. had an influx of patrons, I almost left due to waiting to be seated, then found out about the short staff, Observed the two of them work together and handled everyone and apologized and were still cheerful never heard them make an excuse only explanations. Was very impressed with this manager and waitress, good staff keep them around, they still made time to exchange pleasantries with all patrons, even when they had to go orders to process. too.

The entire experience was above average however not exceptional. The food and experience was what I expected.

It took a very long time to get the food we ordered. The waitress kept us informed as to the nature of the problem (kitchen delays).

It was a good meal. The waitress needed to replace our coffee carafe, but that didn't happen. She was pretty busy, so we didn't make a big deal about it. I would have liked a little jam, but she didn't come back until we were almost through. She was very nice, though.

I was unable to redeem two awards from my Cafe Club account. A minor problem, but I was unaware of this restriction. I successfully applied a $10 credit to the purchase of a pie, but was unable to redeem a current reward on my card: a free slice of pie (promo). So, I will just save it for a later visit. The staff was also not aware of this restriction, citing the "computer" just would not process these two transactions.
