Shari's

The servers don't seem to care whether you're there or not - even when you point this out - the attitude seems to be that you're intruding on their private club time. Employees spend time - a LOT of time - chatting up people they know and then barely speak to newcomers. We just moved here - Shari's isn't the only game in town!

I'm highly picky

It was free pie night. And things are a little hectic on that night.

Because mushrooms were forgotten.

My hamburger was not cooked as much as I would have liked, but I did not say anything about it so I did not give Sharis a chance to fix it.

The slice of pie could've been larger, and the coffee is a smidge over priced. But the service was wonderful and the prices are very reasonable

We ordered an appetizer. It was not given to us until I reminded the server when she brought our entrees. She hurried away and when she came back she said something about them getting burnt and having to restart. We got them a few minutes later.

Our server Courtney was awesome. The restaurant was busy and it took an hr before we got our food. Since it took longer then the time limit on one of the dinners it was removed from the bill(which was very awesome). The kids menu has macaroni and cheese (with the kraft logo) which was ordered. The mac an cheese brought to the table did not look nor taste like a (kraft) macaroni and cheese and we said so. Courtney talked to Mike the Manager about it. He came over to our table talking very loudly defending the food saying it was a kraft brand. He offered to replace it or take it off the bill. At this point his demeanor irritated us so I was short and told him to take it off the bill. Again Courtney was great. Mike the manager needs couching on his people skills.

never give the highest ratings

It was a satisfying visit and I happy with this restaurant but it did not overly wow me more than normal so that is why I did not say highly satisfied but I was, as always very satisfied with this particular restaurant.
