It was such a minor thing I hate to complain but the bacon was overdone. The service was great but next time I would ask for the bacon to not be so crispy.

Disappointed that Shari's doesn't accept AARP cards for a discount. While living on a modest disability income those discounts are very important to me.

Keldo, WA location. Gary/ Buddy was fabulous! He was on the ball. Pleasure to chat with. Made us laugh many times. He went above and beyond. *** PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE HIS AWESOMENESS, YOU HAVE A GOOD EMPLOYEE! *** My food was good. The containers that hold the fruit (melons) tasted dirty. Could taste it in the fruit. Kind if a waste of $, could have had a different side. Other than the fruit, we were happy. Wish this location had plug ins for phones like the one in Lacey, W.

My cinnamon French toast was burn on bottom and way to much Carmel than ever before kinda so much it made it soggy. I told lady but she didn't care

Friendly service but male supervisor does not pitch in when the wait staff is crazy busy...he just stands around looking important.

server was doing multiple jobs, she was taking orders, she was cashier, bringing out the food checking on our drinks, cleaning tables, and we were a large group of 9. and with all of this Samy gave us excellent service and was attentive to our needs, and keep a wonderful attitude and a smile on her face.

our order took 25 minutes to receive. The waitress did not apologize and I had to ask if we had been forgotten. She only said they were backed up. I understand if they were busy, but it wasn't busy customer wise anyway. I would have apologized and offered a discount or a free dessert. something to make the wait a little more acceptable. I think our order just didn't get placed when it should have and they should have been a little more straight forward about it. We will still go back to Shari's.
