Our waitress was not very attentive. We received no napkins, no utensils, and did not receive refills on beverages in a timely manner. We waited a long time to order as well.

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience up until the end. Leslie our server was amazing! I went to manager to let him know. However, he was highly stressed and not kind and definitely not friendly. He took me to the front counter to get my receipt (it was not given to me by the cashier) and pointed out that I had to take a survey and must mark "Highly Satisfied" on all areas of the survey or it would be a waste of my time. He was visibly and obviously upset that I bothered him to tell him that Leslie was fantastic and that we had a great experience. Unfortunately, he ruined it all in 2 minutes. Leslie A+, the manager, epic fail.

Menu items need updating. New food options would be nice.

As mentioned before, I had ordered the soup instead of a salad to go with my meal. I expected it before our entrees arrived. It did not even come with our entrees. I asked the young man who delivered the food about it and he got it for me, with an apology. It was a very busy time and the restaurant was packed, so I can understand why the soup was forgotten and the service was a bit slow.

Cleanliness is just ok. Seems like there is a shortage of staff sometimes. We are often passed off to another servor during our meal. Coffee is GREAT

I found a hair on the avocado that topped my omelet. The server was great and got me a new avocado immediately. It was just kinda hard to pay $30 for a mediocre meal. Employees need to make sure their uniform tops are clear of hair, etc because it can easily transfer onto food surfaces.

Listening to 2 guys discuss catheters loudly in a booth across from us wasn't fun. But we endured. Maybe it should be all booths in restaurant and no tables?? Anyway, the service wasn't bad...in fact our waitress was very good. I was disappointed in the BMP frittata i ordered. After seeing hashbrowns were in it, i should have sent it back. I assumed i had misread menu. I have a diet restriction w potatoes. Once home, I checked shari's menu online & was relieved to see hashbrowns are not supposed to be in a bmp frittata! So, in defense of those w restricted diets..PREPARE FOOD ACCORDING TO MENU PLEASE!

I ordered the Prime Rib Dip Sandwich and have for years, it's one of my favorites. It seems to be getting smaller, quite a bit smaller. I realize that this happens over time but feel that for the price I should be getting a bigger sandwich. I use to take half of it home but anymore I eat the whole thing and I'm not a big eater. I feel that your portions are getting smaller and the prices are going up.
