Wait staff should not be clearing and wiping tables then serve food without cleaning hands..... Standard rule of thumb Dirty stay away from clean

I was satisfied with the food, but it is not the best food I've ever eaten.

We ordered hamburger to share, then way it was cut, I got asmall piece of beef, but the tomatoes and lettuce was good. Our hamburgerhad an egg init. We ordered 2chocolate malts, very good. I didn't know what the final price was. $26.99 REALLY. I can go to any other Hamburger business, and probably get 4 burgers and 4 malts for that price! Let me know 360 642 7303 Nancy S.

We had to seat ourselves because no one acknowledged us. We sat for a few minutes at the table without any service until I got up to flag someone down to get menus.

Manager (man) always gruff and unfriendly, never smiles. Waitress, however, are friendly (thank goodness), but their boss is not the approachable type. When my husband and I stop in, we try to avoid this mgr.

Our server lauryl was great... We are from out of state and the men's restroom was out of order, other then that it was beautiful and clean

I like Shari's as a general rule and I must say the service and food have improved over the last few years. I just don't rate extremely high unless my experience is totally outstanding. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

While there were several female servers milling about and tables appeared to be open, the wait time for us and another couple was excessive. One couple left as did we, almost.
