i ordered a spinach omelette usually they are very good but this one was to cooked on the inside or over cooked and if you are going to charge a 1.00 extra for fruit at least give us some fruit one really small slice of honeydew and a small slice of pineapple is a little over charged other wise we like eating at sharies sorry for complaining

While my husband went to the rest room on our arrival, I stood alone in front of the counter, knowing it would be necessary to have a staff member seat us. I was there for nearly 5 minutes, the only customer waiting, and 3 people saw me. None acknowledged me with a nod or wave or smile, even though one even walked to the counter to pick something up. My husband was out of the bathroom and waiting before we were recognized. This is unusual for this Shari's. Normally, we are seated almost instantly on arrival.

I don't know where I clicked on that, but I am highly satisfied. Only one thing. Change your Denver Omlet menu. Stir into the eggs the following: green bell peppers, onions, sausage bits, all chopped up. And NO Cheese. Denvers do not have cheese.

One order was overcooked but still tasted good

This sharis is just another chain restaurant. the manager is not friendly and very businesslike. we just moved up from OR 2 years ago and have experienced very friendly, clean and great sharis restuarants in OR. Guess we were spoiled. This Sharis gives you the impression that you are just passing through and doesn't really care to get to know you or whether you come back. Some waitresses are very nice but most are just doing a job.

I was highly satisfied, great food and very friendly server. this survey would not allow me to go back and correct my mistake.

It appeared the facility was a bit understaffed. The wait person was friendly but appeared a bit overworked. My food was prepared just the way I ordered it. I asked for the sausage to be burnt and that is what I got. Thank you.

No concerns at all, but also there was nothing above and beyond my expectations. Thx!
