Charged my gift card more than it should. Discount did not come off the amount charged to the card. They said check back.

I was satisfied. If I was not I would let you know. There is always room for improvement.

There are a few employees who are not very good at their service, forgetting to bring things asked for and generally not checking back on their tables. Seem to be overwhelmed if more than a few tables to take care of.

The Eggs Benedict need a dash of paprika to give them some color, otherwise they look very bland and unappealing, especially since your hollandaise sauce doesn't have the bright yellow color I'm used to. I did like the portions of fruit and selections of fruit on the plate. Perhaps a sprig of parsley would have added color to the plate and fill up the empty places, or you could put the order on a smaller plate.

The customer service was subpar. The food was over cooked in spots. The staff made us feel like we were a bother to their conversations behind the counter

The service was slow and so was our server, we had to ask twice for drinks to be filled. She was covering to many tables it seemed like. It looked to me that the kitchen was under staffed only 2 cooks and the restaurant was at least 2/3 full.
