Friendly staff and food taste

Always come here for pie. Great tasting and big variety.

The restaurant was very busy at the time we were there as it was free pie Wednesday and our wait person was running ragged. She was polite and took care of our order with no problem and remembered the flavor of pie we wanted. I suggest you have more people to help customers on free pie days.

Always a pleasure to visit the local Shari's. The wait staff members I've had the pleasure to be served by, ( Setiva, Dionna, Tawnya, Lori, Daniel, Lauryl, Melissa, Marissa, Sandra, Sharlo,and others) are over-the-top in going the extra mile with customers. The kitchen staff, Angie, Troy, James, and others make every effort to get the orders out correctly,and in an attractive manner. The camaraderie between employees and patrons is also appreciated. JL

My daughter and I came into the Kelso Sharis on November 8, 2015. the waitress was absolutely outstanding. i normally don't do these surveys but i just wanted to express my gratitude.... my daughter and I are both deaf and i speak very little, and she does not at all. your waitress Courtney, was so caring and patient with us. she treated us like we were regular customers which normally doesn't happen to us. she checked back with us just like every other table. normally we are avoided for it is tough for people to deal with us. she was just great. you should be proud to have employees like her. I wish more people were like her. thank you. if we were not traveling, we would come back more often. thank you all so much

When you have such high ratings it is hard to find a place for improvement. Keep up the good work.

We have always been promptly greeted and seated as quickly as feasible. the order is taken, food served promptly. We love coffee, however, never order it as it is too expensive. A pot for two would be nice, as a pot is generally served for one, why not offer an additional cup at no additional cost? The pies are wonderful and we have been bringing a whole one home, fun to have one that we don't make at home. hmmmmm, yum

The Cuban sandwich is amazing

Outstanding Eggs Benedict, fabulous strawberry pie shake!!

I wasn't checked back on during my meal, I needed a refill halfway into my meal and though the server walked by a couple of times, never offered to refill my drink. It wasn't until I was done and a dessert was offered that I was able to request a refill. My pie didn't come with a fork and I had to request one of those as well.
