reasonable prices and clean and friendly.

Order was wrong, when brought to attention of server she was very condensing,stated she had been there over 2yrs and we were wrong & she was right about the order. another sever came over told her to just make right. I told her I didn't want her to bring the correct item by then, but even after my plate was cleared away she showed up with the correct side, asking if I wanted it to go which I sent back, then the other server came back & slammed the plate down, & didn't say a word just starred me down. The manager was close by but did not intervene but was close enough for us to over hear him questioning the server if she was ok and talking about us as if we had done something wrong. We did not receive our ticket, had to go to register to ask for it. The second server was at the register and again was very rude to us. We have been going to this restaurant for over thirty years and have never experienced this type of treatment.

Restaurant had flooding and was closed the day before. Am sure everyone was tired and stressed but did not show this to us.

We like to go there because the food is always good. We use are card to earn points and if we go 3 times in the next 30 days $10 will be applied to our card.

Consistency! We come to Sharis frequently and can always count on exceptional service and a great meal.

We always look for Shari's in our travels because the food is reliably good, prices are correct and general atmosphere is what we like. The server was especially attentive. She stopped by several times to check on us during the course of our visit. When we eat at Shari's in Hood River, it is like old home week with Hi's and welcome backs. So far, of all the Shari's we have visited, Hood River is our favorite.

I placed a order on the phone. The guy on the other end was very polite. I was surprised it didnt take as long as i thought it would to make. When i came into the restaurant i was helped right away by a smile and a friendly staff member.. got my order right away... im very happy with my experience... thank you
