Shari's

Good food and friendly service. I have been eating at Sharis for over 15 years. The one thing I have noticed Many Many times is people having a hard time finding the restrooms. You might consider hanging a sign from the ceiling at the start of the hallway going to the restrooms!!!!

Lauryl, Heather, Emily, Lori, Melissa, and others on the wait staff are over-the-top in their profession, along with James, Setiva, Angie, and others on the kitchen staff. Shari's personnel are hometown friendly,and find time to also look after elderly patrons in a friendly, genuinely caring way, providing extra help when and where necessary, adding that extra touch, making them truly Shari's professionals. Always great service

I went in to pick up my online order. It took a couple minutes for it to be bagged up and for me to pay and I was then sent home with what was some very delicious food.

Waitress, Lauryl, showed that she was concern with the service that we received. She and other members of the team were very professional and efficient. Lauryl was also willing to listen and fulfill our requests regarding the menu items selected.

It was Christmas, and when we signed in we were #7 on the waiting list. I thought we would have a long wait but, as we were told, it was only 10-15 minutes. Most of the time the AC was blowing on me, so I had to keep taking my coat on and off. Danielle was cheerful and friendly, and knew her menu well. She was quick to take our order, but then we sort-of got "lost in the shuffle" and had to wait about 20-30 minutes for our food. As an added bonus, Danielle apologized for taking so long to make our shake. Because of that, and the fact that we were also celebrating our 48th anniversary, she gave the shake to us for free. We appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness in doing so!

Seated very quickly. Waited on fast, served quickly. Ordered chicken stripes with baked potato with everything but it did not come. This was Christmas Day evening very few eating places were even open, and this Shari's was very busy. People with larger groups were waiting to be seated. We felt very lucky to be seated and served in such a short time.

The prime rib was wonderful and cooked to perfection!!! The waitress was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She was extremely busy but made time to check every table to make sure that her customers were all taken care of. I was with my seventeen year old grand daughter who is a very picky eater and she loved the veggie burger and had a pie shake that she absolutely loved! She liked it so much that I bought her a gift card so that she could come back with her friends. We will be return very soon! Thanks to everyone at the Kelso facility that made everything so enjoyable!

Always amazing to watch the crew in action at the Kelso Shari's. Fast, efficient, friendly, accurate, with the customers best interest at heart! Special commendations in order for Setiva, James, Pat, Sandra, Tawnya, Emily, Laurel, Lori, Melissa, Linda, Danielle, Martessa, and other who contribute to letting the good times roll at Kelso Shari's.
