The food is always great and everyone is so nice. You also get points for eating at Shari's.

The staff is extremely friendly, and takes your order promptly. Food is good and reasonably priced. Also, being a member of the Shari's club , I find it nice to receive the free or discounted perks.

My waitress was AWESOME! She was funny and on top of it. She took the time to make sure we knew the kitchen was a little backed up but that order was coming. When the kitchen messed up she asked if we were ok or if we would like a refire. Her name was Dionne. That's what it says on my receipt. I will be back if for no other reason then the service we received.

The meat was hot so they actually took the time to cook it and deliver it fast enough.

the service was excellent!! Jason took very good care of us and made us all feel very welcome!!! Martiza was fantastic, i am glad she suggested the pie, it was the best i have ever had and will be getting more in the future!!
