I came in and received excellent service from my waitress Christy, The food came out in a speedy and reasonable amount of time. I ordered the stroganoff and it was delicious! best experience i have ever had while visiting this store:) Thank you very much Kelso Sharis. it was nice to see smiling faces and a manager who took the time to say hello and greet each of her tables, she was cheerful and sweet.I am glad to see the staff is under good hands what a remarkable job done by the whole staff of Kelso Sharis defiantly will be returning there shortly:)

I go to sharis weekley would recomend to any one to this sheris.

Very busy..but the waitress took the time to go over the specials and to make sure the banana split pie was in the back. The prime rib was great and the t-bone a little fatty but still had enough meat to satify..and the manager stepped in to keep the line moving (for the leaving people)..great time had by all...

Evew fast.. friendly. a nd efficient at the Kelso Sharis. Great crew.

I have been going to this Shari's only for the past 3 years since I moved here and they have always made me feel at home there. And if anything was ever wrong with my order they corrected it quickly and without argument. They even helped me through a tough time. I always enter that restaurant with a smile on my face.

This was the best visit to Kelso Shari's I have had in a very long time. My coworker and I went for lunch. This had been a long time for us, as our previous experiences @ this restaurant (during lunch) were not good. In the past, we weren't waited on promptly, our express lunch orders didn't arrive within the 15 minute time frame, and yet-no one seemed to notice. I had complained after one visit and received a phone call from the assistant manager who apologized and sent me a gift card for $10. So, after a hiatus of a year or so, we decided to return. Wow!! We were pleasantly surprised and let the staff know! Great service, attentiveness and quickness too. Thanks! I believe we will try the restaurant for lunch again-and soon!
