Shari's

Greeted promptly and when we explained we were waiting for one other person at first only a table was available (which was fine) but then a table became available and we chose that. The server (Micalha) was very courteous and attentive. When our son-in-law got there we were given time to browse the menu and were taken care of promptly. The cashier was very friendly and made sure we were happy with everything. She was very conversational but was able to do that and still do her job at the till with no problems. I talked with the manager on duty to tell him we appreciated the service of Micalha. So many times the manager is only presented with problems but I make it a point to praise good customer service. I have no issue with filing a complaint if it is warranted but prefer to let those in charge know if someone stands out in their job. In 1990-91 I worked as an assistant manager for this very same store. I was trained as a cook and then trained as a baker and then promoted to assistant manager. I know something of restaurants and was very pleased with how the crew working today performed and took care of their customers.

Always pleasurable to visit Kelso Shari's. All of the staff is attentive, efficient, fast, and friendly. Several new faces at the Kelso facility. Three new manager trainee's hired recently to keep things moving along in an expedient manner, along with a few new wait staff members, and kitchen personnel. There is a constant effort by personnel at the Kelso facility to keep it functioning at the highest efficiency, which is evident to patrons such as myself who visit frequently. All the best to the Kelso Shari's crew... doing the great job they do! JL

Heather was awesome right at the counter as soon as i sat down and i had a drink in front of me. And it was only minutes later my food was in front me as well. Thank you Heather for bring so steller!

Food was tasty and plentiful.

My husband and I have tried a lot of other places and always end up coming back to Shari's! It's our special place to spend time together for a good meal and good atmosphere!

The staff were super friendly, service was great and the food was excellent! We've most always have been satisfied with the dinners, all except for a very few times in the past where the food wasn't up to par. But, all in all, one of the best restaurants in town!

FRIENDLY STAFF NEW HELP MAKING A GOOD TRY.

Didi was the best server. She was very attentive and my kids really liked interacting with her. I enjoyed watching her interact with patrons she clearly knew very well. I hope we see her again when we go through on Friday.

Our sever Micalha was very attentive and if something wasn't right she corrected it fast. She was very pleasant and refreshing. We were just returning on a long trip and she was a breath of fresh air. If I was a restaurant owner I would try to steal her from you. Thanks for your attiviness Micalha you were great
