After discussing menu items and an msg allergy it took 37 minutes to see if the soup and chicken &waffles had msg in it. We then ordered the tomato soup and chicken & waffles and veggie burger. With. No onions cause my husband has an noon allergy. The tomato soup was very acidly and so I asked for loaded potato which came tasting highly scorched. The waitress agreed just by the smell and pulled it. Then I was offered salad which was skimpy and old/wilted lettuce then she said the chef mentioned the veggie burger has onions so we traded for a regular burger and 1 minute later. - 2 minutes since she brought the salad she brought the chicken and said the kitchen already dropped it and it was done. So my dinner sat at our table while we waited for my husbands burger to get cooked\ and it was delivered with cold fries. After telling her about the fries she ordered more and for every water refill we had to lift out glass and get the waitresses attention. I know I am not the only one allergy to msg it's hard to believe the waitresses had to get a.manager and supposedly she had to call corporate to get an ingredient list?? Not a good way to run a food business

THIS WAS MUCH MORE THAN THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY 25 YEARS OF EATING AT SHARIS. FOOD WAS REALLY SLOW ARRIVING MORE THAN USUAL BUT ALSO PARTLY BECAUSE I LIKE A VERY WELL DONE STEAK. WE WERE PRETTY MUCH IGNORED WHEN CAME TIME FOR PIE. AFTER 10-15 MINS I HAD TO CASH OUT FOR OUR PIES AND CHECK. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SO BAD THAT I CONTEMPLATED WALKING OUT PERIOD!THIS WAS THE CROWN JEWEL TO A HARD DAY.

We came in and we were seated, took a long time for drink orders to come to the table and we had ordered a chocolate milkshake, sprite and pepsi. The sprite and Pepsi came and then our food came. We did not get any refills on our drinks and the milkshake had never came. We did not get to ask about our milkshake because she never came back to the table. Once we got up and went to pay was when she said sorry about the milkshake and did we still want it. We did still want it and we paid for everything and left. I'm upset because of the service, the actual food was delicious. While we were sitting, there was a manager that was just standing and talking to what seemed to be an employee that may have just gotten off work. She did not help the waitresses at all nor did she look around to see if anyone needed anything. Disappointed in the service and will not be going to that location anymore.

I had a card for a free slice of pie. My server gave me the dessert menu and then proceeded to ignore me. I sat there for quite a while with numerous servers (including my own) walking by me several times. Finally 201186 Pattijo asked if I had been helped. She knew who my original server was (Diane I believe) and thought I had already been taken care of. She proceeded to take my order and serve me herself. While I sat there I observed how busy she was. She is a hard worker.

Was basically thrown in a booth, not provided a high chair till I went and found a manager to give me one after 10 minutes of waiting. Did not place or receive any drinks for over 30 minutes. Had to flag the waitress down to finally place my order after waiting a long time. Overall service was extremely poor. The team seemed overwhelmed even though the place wasn't packed. Manager didn't seem to be offering much support either or checking on guests. Everyone around us was extremely annoyed and upset with their service as well. Orders were wrong, no drinks for over 30 minutes.

Waitress was extremely rude, had to ask 2 others just for a water. She kept glaring at us didn't get anything we needed showed no intrest in helping us at all!!! She then threw our check on the table and walked away saying nothing...spoke to mgr about her didn't feel like he cared either!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! PLUS ROTTEN GRAPES ON MY PLATE...NEVER AGAIN

Slow to take order. Soup cold. Told main course was coming right out. Several minutes until served. Steak overdone. Poor quality. Waitress insisted on manager being notified, not me. Manager took 45% off steak. I guess he thinks I ate 55%. Ordered desert. Never served it. Handed check. Glad to get up and leave and go home to have something to eat. Did not leave a tip. I honestly have never done that before. I don't blame the wait staff for bad food, but in this case, it was bad management, food, and staff.

My family frequents Shari's very often, it is my son's favorite place! My son order off the children's menu, the sampler platter. I order the stuffed hash browns with country friend steak, MY FAV!!! When food arrived part of my son's platter was missing. His mini corndogs were WAY over done, the breading was very dark, cracked, and hard. The one chicken strip he got looked under done, the breading was very pale in color. My pancakes appeared dark, as in overdone. The waitress later returned with his missing items and then I asked for new corn dogs, those came and they were SOOO greasy, just soaked in grease that you could squeeze the oil out of them and it was collected at the bottom of his bowl. He did not even eat more than one bite. The hash browns on my plate didn't taste as I remember to me or my son, neither of us liked them. Once I got to my steak it was raw in the middle and the waitress only offered a new one, NO THANKS! Overall, very disappointed in the quality of the food that we always get and enjoy. I expressed my concern upon paying with the cashier and only got an apology and no comp for the poor quality in food!!! SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
