ordered caesar salad w/salmon - rec'd limp lettuce with a small strip of overcooked and very unappealing salmon while half the platter was taken up by pcs of flatbread which wasn't even mentioned on the menu. not pleased. The waitress, Doris, quickly placed my wine then left without looking at us, placed his water then left without looking at us, then left us sitting for quite a while waiting to ask her questions before knowing what we wanted to order. Told her of my dissatisfaction but she clearly wasn't interested.

Prime rib was more like a roast. too well done. not crusted with spices like seen in menu. Worst prime rib I have ever had. All other food was good.

I always order the turkey burger off the light menu, but you did not have the thin bunn and I found out 10 minutes after ordering. I don't like any other bread. So I ordered the lemon pepper salmon. Again I found out that you didn't have that. So I finally ordered the Tuscan chicken salad which tasted good but had 2 cups of croutons in it. I wanted to make it known that the turkey burger is my favorite meal and I hope I don't have to go through that again that you don't have the bread. Also, I want to emphasize that the server and other staff was most accommodating but they simply did not have the tools to give this fan of Sharis the food she wanted. Thanks for letting me share.

The pie crust was runny and mushy. Filling broke down into the graham crust.

Our waitress was very friendly and attenative but the cashier was not. I had signed up just that morning to join the Shari's club & it said for joining I would be able to get one piece of pie free with my next meal & that this would expire 1/6/16. We ate breakfast & the bill was $27.00 plus I added on a piece of pie to go but when I gave the cashier my phone number she said I wasn't in the system so I then gave her a number I was provided on line & she said she didn't know what that was. She acted like she didn't believe I had signed up and was just trying to get a piece of pie rather than apologizing that my offer was not in their system. When I told her I wouldn't have gotten the piece of pie if it was not for the free offer she said "Well you would have gotten the pie anyway so you would have had to pay for it" so in a very sarcastic way. Our Christmas Eve breakfast went from a happy time to leaving a very bad feeling about Shari's staff. I know it is a small thing & just about a piece of pie but it did leave a bad feeling when we walked out of Shari's.

We were seated right away, but we were not offered drinks. Our server didn't even greet us and ask about drinks for another 10 minutes. When we placed our order, the server wasn't familiar with the 2for $25 promotion. We had to educate her. It took another 30 minutes to receive our food. When our three meals arrived, 2 of them were wrong. It took another 20 minutes to get the correct meals. I had to ask the manager to get our meals. By then, our son had finished his meal and was getting restless. After eating the cold, bland food, we received our bill. We were overcharged by more than $7. When I brought it to the manager's attention, she argued with me and tried to show me that I was wrong. I wasn't. The server had entered the order incorrectly. The manager didn't apologize or say anything. We paid for our poorly executed meals and left. This was, by far, our worst Shari's experience ever. The manager should have tried to make it better, but she didn't........and the server smelled strongly of cigarettes. My son and I are both allergic.

We were seated right away but no one attended to us to place an order. We saw another group come in 10 minutes after us place there order and get there food before we even placed our order. After we finally placed our order, we saw it sitting on the warming rack for 10 minutes. I had to find the server and let them know that we would like our food before it was to cold to eat. Very frustrated with the entire situation.

An inexperienced young female waitress named Elena served me coffee I couldn't drink.i asked for fresh coffee which I waited 30 minutes to be served. I had to ask another waiter for water. I was never asked how I was doing.i had planned on having a burger I'd received texts about but decided to forgo eating because of the poor job my waitress had already proven she was capable of.

Service was very poor; server took order & someone else delivered it. She finally came to ask how everything was 20 mins after it had been served. Food was cold when received, but we waited so long for her to come back, we just ate it anyway. Onion rings had a bunch of fries mixed in. She asked us what pies we wanted w/ our 2 for $25 dinner, & we told her & asked for it TOGO. It was left at our table on a plate, in a hot hurry (she was talking to another guest) with no utensils. Even if we wanted to eat it there, we couldn't have unless it was with our fingers. It took 15 mins for her to come back to realize she goofed--someone else came over with 2 plastic containers and a bag and left. We waited another 10 mins for check, which never came. Had to go up to cash register where server had left the bill. The bill was for regular amount, despite having shown our email coupon for the 2/$25 dinner special. All in all, a very disappointing visit. To add insult to injury, our last visit was less than memorable and we were giving Shari's another opportunity to not disappoint us. Ugh. I may order pies to go at some future date, but will not ever return to dine.

Review edited from 5 stars to 1 on November 11th, 2017 Server was AWESOME, but this location lost long term customers due to how the manager treated me when I was inquiring about the Veteran's Day "hefty discount" that we were told over the phone just minutes before arriving. I'm not one to cause a scene, but she called my wife a liar, so, I asked for no discount to be given, and that I just won't be back. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected and unappreciated by a manager of an establishment.
