Waiter forgot coffee until meal was served. Then said he hadn't heard the order although previously he told us he had to make a new pot of decaf. My husband's meal came out almost five minutes before mine. Lots of banging plates and cutlery while being scraped.

The waitress is very good. The person who is sitting us we believe to be a manager was extremely not friendly and we felt that we were being a bother to wait for a booth.

I needed to know if there were any pies that didn't have eggs. They did not know. When I placed my food order they did not listen to any of my instructions regarding my order for quiche. In addition I ordered stuffed hashbrowns and the portion size left a great deal to be desired. I have received a larger portion size by purchasing a regular order without paying the extra cost of stuffed hashbrowns. All in all I was very disappointed with this visit.

Food took longer than expected to arrive. It looked unappealing and was so cold the cheese wasn't melted on the eggs. When i complained to the manager, she didn't apologize but made an excuse stating that we should have said something sooner because they had been by our table. We never got our check, had to just go pay.

I found a hair on my plate and it was taken away, but there should be some sort of comp for this type of experience.

Our party consisted of 5 adults and one child. We asked for the child's macaroni and cheese to be brought out as soon as it was ready. While we waited 45 minutes for all our meals-the mac and cheese was not brought early. One of our group finally went to ask for that and where our waitress was. Turns out she went on break, didn't let us know and other waitresses didn't cover for her at all. We saw one waitress look at our stack of food 3 times and looked at the order screen as well, but did nothing about it. When we got our food, all was room temperature to cold. One of our party wanted a hot steak and fries and sent that back, the rest of us ate cold food except for sending some side dishes back to have heated up. We didn't want to wait any longer, except ended up anyway when one of our party wanted hot food after all. We could see that the wait staff were not working together to help each other out and cover for each other. This is not the atmosphere we want to eat dinner in. Everyone should work as a team and make sure the customer is handled timely. Our waitress did apologize on our way out and removed charge for the returned cold dinner. Still we may not stop in there again.

From the time we were to seated until the time that we received our meals it was 45 to 50 minutes. My wife's order of the Prime Rib Dip sandwich had very little meat on it. Her meal came 5 plus minutes after the other 3 meals arrived. My meal, the Bavarian Burger was at what seemed like room temperature and not hot.

I ordered Bacon and eggs scrambled with stuffed hashbrowns, order came out no stuffed hashbrowns, sent it back, then it came back they Cook cut open the Gabriel's dropped cold cheese into the hashbrowns and sent it back out, I refused it, I then got the attention of the manager, she ordered a new breakfast plate, eggs were not scrambled, she went back got another order of scrambled eggs brought to me. We order two milks, one was taken off for the mistake with my breakfast, and we were given 2 vvouchers for a free slice of pie.

Again, the pictures and past purchases my steak was at least 10oz or greater if not 12. The piece I got was barely 5oz. I didn't discover that until I got home with my togo order and almost came back, but it wasn't worth it. I don't think if I had been an eat in customer that the staff would have had the guts to try and serve that and expect me to pay $17. I live right next to Elmers and at least when I pay for a meal with them, I've never been shorted, I rarely eat from Shari's and now that just changed to not at all.
