We were satisfied for the most part. Placing order and picking up order took a bit longer than an expected average wait time. We eat at that location a lot and have never had to wait as long, so it is no big deal. They forgot to put our pie in our bag. They called later and we said that we didn't want to go pick it up. It was the free pie that we received for signing up for the rewards system finally. We have been eyeing a certain pie for a while now, but have always chosen other ones. Tonight was the night we were suppose to try the Velvet Chocolate Silk Pie, however that didn't happen. Before getting off of the phone they didn't mention whether or not the free pie would remain on the card so that we could get it at a later date. We spend a lot of money here. We just wanted our free pie. Lol. It wasn't a big deal. I like filling out surveys, so i thought that I would mention our experience tonight in detail. Other than that the food was service was good and friendly as always!

Had to ask someone to seat us and had to also ask for someone to take our order. We noticed that they put our order in to go containers also and that it was sitting up there for awhile before they noticed and dished it onto plates for us.

As indicated in the prior selections. The food was delivered at less a temperature that might have been considered appropriate. An extra long wait for the food was not as expected. The service by the wait tress was very pleasant.

The atmosphere i.e. the when sitting next to a window there is a coldness which takes away from being able to enjoy a good meal.

Slow service, cold food, no jam to with the toast. Order placed at 11:03am, and after inquiring about my single order to go, finally received cold at 11:32am.

First during the seating process she spilled water from something in her hand over my napkin and silver ware, second before taking my order she had removed a bottle of tabasco from another table and the lid fell on the floor and she then put it on the bottle without washing or cleaning it?? Then she took our order at which time I requested a new bottle please and explained why and she stated that the lid landed upright??? How could she how many times the lid flipped ??? I also requested a glass of water with my coffee and did not get it!!

first just wanna say KC our server was very nice, the food sat up in the window for about 10 min before we got it so lets say it was cold and the biscuit was very hard and could not eat it. when KC came back to see if all was good we told her about the food being cold and the biscuit she said sorry and asked if we wanted a new one, we declined , she then said she would not recommend the biscuit they are always like that. my fruit on my cannoli was 1/2 cold and 1/2 warm and not very much cream in the middle, lets say we just had a bad food night

We weren't told that out 5.00 bonus expired in two days before ringing us out. Then Told couldn't fix transaction when cashier made us aware this. Also charged 11.99 for January's marionberry pie of the month. Advertised for 8.99, we didn't notice this until we had left the restaurant. Wasn't prepared to have to double check every aspect of Shar's Club as well as the cash register programming. Makes me feel unimportant as a loyal customer.
