Very Slow, cashier spaced off and didnt take my payment was to busy ease dropping on others

Well, I know I'm just getting pie, but it felt like I wasn't welcome. Even if I'm not ordering much, it would be nice to feel like that's ok. That I won't get the cold shoulder because of that. (I was there later at night, so maybe quite a few people come in and just order a drink to get out of the cold.) Friendliness means so much when you're a guest somewhere.

The pie tasted old... never had that expierence with your pies ever. Paid for my food them waited to get change and the person who took my cash never came back to give my change, I had to ask someone else

Our first couple of visits were great. Then not so much. Two days running the omelettes have been overcooked and sent back. Asked for no pineapple and got pineapple. The ice tea was fine yesterday and so weak today that it wasn't worth drinking. Here's something else. Why does substituting fresh fruit cost a buck extra when you don't want the hash-browns and only one piece of toast? That doesn't seem right, either. We used to go to the Shari's a great deal in Troutdale near the interstate exit. We stopped after a new manager came in and ruined the place. We thought this one might be better, but it's turning out to be more of the same. Plenty of places serve breakfast. You're going to have to step it up if you want more of our business.

my waitress was des. honestly i was extremely grossed out by her swinging her long ponytail around. shouldn't a restaurant make their employees pull their hair up better. i would think the health department would agree with me. it's just gross. i expected to find a long hair on my plate. the plate of food looked horrible too. nothing like the picture. i dont think i'll be returning to this location again.

Not enough staff for amount of customers. Confusion as to which employee was to do what and/or what they were doing. Hurried almost harried. Disorganized.

We came to Shari's for dinner and a slice of pie. What we left with was a feeling that the manager just didn't care about service. We ordered an appetizer and that came out after our meals because the server forgot it. When we where finished she lost our ticket. We waited for a while and she didn't mention a thing. We decided to walk to the front where the manager went to ring us out and when I told her we didn't have a ticket "oh she must have put it on the wrong table".... When it came time to tip my girlfriend asked how much... I told her "a couple of bucks only because the service wasn't the worst I've had but the waitress didn't even even offer pie..." We decided to go elsewhere for desert as neither of us felt like giving away our hard earned money for someone who didn't provide excellent service....
