Well, you serve a lot of people a lot of food, and I ordered prime rib, which I expected to be a medium grade and thin, and it was still delicious, so I am happy with my meal. I am generally always happy with my breakfast meal at Sharis too.

We really like the renovation of the restaurant, it is more airy and bright and contributes to a pleasurable dining experience. Also, our waiter, Steve, is the best and is very attentive to our needs.

My with had preordered 4 pies for Thanksgiving. 2 pumpkin, 1 apple and 1 chocolate. These pies were picked up on Saturday Nov 21. The staff and the restaurant were excellent as always. The total family had our Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday Nov. 22. We had a smaller dinner for the other side of the family on Thursday, November 26. We had 1/2 of the apple pie and 1 unopened pumpkin pie. The apple pie was great but when we opened up the pumpkin pie it had green mold growing on it. We have never had a problem with the pies in the past. The pies had been kept in a cool area. I will be returning the pumpkin pie to your store on Friday Nov. 27.

While my server was very friendly and efficient my food that I ordered, fish and chips, was not very good. My herb fries were "funny' tasting, and kind of a limp french fry. They herb was also covering my fish. This is not a flavor I want on my fish. The food seemed too crowded for the "plate" that it came on. The basket was lined with paper and as I cut my fish it also cut the paper and went through the basket. It needed to be spread out onto a bigger plate.

I did not receive the correct order but it was quickly amended. The reason I marked satisfied instead of highly satisfied is because my scrambled eggs were scorched. I did not complain about this because my husband said I was being too picky. Also the floor to the bathroom was dirty.

New remodel this place, ok but a little too open for me. Always seems cold, turn up the heat. Had voucher for free soup, was not taken off my bill, manager cashed us out, not waitress. Don't like the small wall between me and cash register when paying.
