Mary was very accommodating and prompt.

i am highly satisfied with the server, SYBIL. smart, friendly quick....i go there several times a month, sometimes more than twice a week.

My food was not consistent with other visits I have had

in the past it has been a lot faster

My friend ordered the cheddar broccoli soup; it was not described in the menu as having a garnish of almonds on top. My friend is allergic to almonds (garnishes should never be of items that are common allergens, like peanuts or tree nuts). He asked for a replacement soup without the almonds and the server acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience.

Waited nearly five minutes to be seated. One person on duty another taking a break. My food got cold quickly due to the fans running.

I never grade anything perfect, because it's not.

Waitress was great. Sandwich was lacking a little. We will still go back and enjoy this Shari's.

I must have made a mistake choosing that instead of highly satisfied.

I ordered an omelet and French toast. When served, the omelet was fresh and hot, but the French toast was barely warm. The butter didn't even melt when spread. I brought this to the servers attention and a new plate of French toast was brought out and it was great. Having been associated with the restaurant industry for years, my guess is that the breakfast was prepared in synch, but there was a problem with the omelet. The French toast then sat while the omelet was redone. Just a guess.
