My eggs were just tasteless, everything else was good.

My experience was good and the staff is good. I'm happy

Our waiter took way too long to bring our drinks, and take our food order. When we got our food, it was not hot and fresh, it tasted as though it had been microwaved and sitting out for a long time before it was even served. The portion size of our entrees were ridiculously small!

I purchased a Ghiradelli's chocolate pie. It had Hershey's chocolate bar pieces on it. Bad form

$6 for two pancakes is too much.

The caramel macchiato that I ordered was made pretty sloppily and was only at ¾ of a glass. The taste was ok. It seems that the taste of my coffee depends on who I get for a waitress each visit. Sometimes it tastes good, sometimes it tastes just horrible, so bad that I would take one sip and leave it at the table!

A couple of friends and I went in here late on Halloween. For being as late as it was the restaurant was pretty crowded. The waitress, Danielle, was waiting on all these tables by herself. I witnessed many customers be very rude and nasty to her because of the slow service, which she couldn't help because she was alone. Despite being yelled at over and over, Danielle still smiled and maintained a positive cheerful attitude. Seriously, this girl deserves employee of the month and a raise after what she went through and how she handled it. You rock Danielle!

When I first got my trail boss burger, the egg white was quite runny. I never send food back but our server Jonatan was so courteous and understanding! he took care of it right away and it seemed like my new food was out in less than five minutes. It was piping hot and tasted great!
