Shari's

Your food is better than most family restaurants. I had to tell them how to prepare the omelet by not cooking the spinach and egg batter together as that would be a quiche, which I did not mind explaining that but they did not put the cheddar cheese inside and very little on top and they did not put blue cheese crumbles on top as stated on the menu.

This was a take out order. I ordered in the restaurant. I asked specific questions about the food items. When I got home my sandwich was not as described by the waitress. Because of this I could not eat it. I saved it and my husband ate it for lunch. The point though, is that I asked specifically "What is on the prime rib sandwich" and the reply was "A hoagie roll, meat and au ju soup". I said great and asked for no butter on the roll. When I got home and we were ready to eat the sandwich had onions, mushrooms and cheese. I can't eat any of those items! It was very disappointing!

I try not to pick items on the menu that need a bunch of alterations. I have many food "issues". So I chose a breakfast pannini sandwich and asked for not cheese. It never crossed my mind that it would come with mayo. The menu did not state it had ANY dressing of ANY sort. I had to wipe my lettuce and eggs with napkins. So gross. It wasn't the wattresses fault so I didn't tell her about it.

server said that she was the only one present at the time, and though she was apologetic and very friendly, this is the 2nd time in a row at this sharis (saturdays around 5pm) when service was much slower than usual (we are regular customers); the greeter sat us down, took our drink orders, and then we didn't see anyone for a long time (wasn't clear whether she had told our server of the drink order or not), and i had to go up to the front cashier to ask for someone to come to our table. after that, things did improve.

i am usually highly satisfied with everything at Shari's, but this time the food was barely warm. Didn't complain the restaurant was really busy.

Took longer than expected to recieve check. All is well other than that. Food was served in a timely manner still.

We always like gresham Shari's, it's been one of the best Shari's the staff, food and cleanliness is always great!

I had prime rib dinner the meat was dry and tasted like it had been left over from a previous day not juicy, the bread was also old stale cold yet brunt, baked potato also cold and possibly baked last week The only reason I did not give a really poor rating was my server Shara was outstanding with my service even though the place was packed she made sure I had any thing I wanted I did not have the hart to tell her my meal sucked

My son's breakfast sausage was under-cooked as were his eggs (runny). The meal was removed from the bill but it still made for an unpleasant start of a day. Also.. do you wash you menus?
