WE ENJOYED OUR DINNER HAD QUESTION ABOUT BIRTHDAY PIE WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LOADED ON CARD AND WAS NOT. THIS WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN A TIMELY MANOR.

We told team members upon being seated how disappointed we had been on prior visit with timeliness of service and food delivery. The responded as we hoped and gave us outstanding service. A small problem with no knives and slowness of wine service were quickly handled. The new manager (male) at this store is wonderful; most friendly, knowledgeable and quick to address any needs. He is a wonderful replacement to his predecessor.

Management and staff at Gresham Shari's were working as a team in a friendly and cleanly atmosphere. Their professionalism led to great service in all areas as well as outstandingly delicious food.

Molly is always cheerful and happy to see people and always knows what we want. She makes sure we get our food while it is still hot. She makes our experience at Sharis the best and great and that keeps us coming back over and over again.

The newly remodeled building gave a more open feeling. The new flooring and furnishings lightened the interior so it is no longer dark and gloomy. The food was hot and salad fresh.

Molly was the friendliest waitress I've had the pleasure of waiting on me in a long time.
