Veterans day. There were many people standing and sitting in wait. The wait time was not exceptionally long, the manager moved it along quite quickly, considering the number of customers.

My meal was warm to cool. However my partners meal was hot. The coffee was weak and terrible. You do not carry Raw Brown Sugar.

Overall we were satisfied. Only problem was that it took a while to be greeted and we couldn't figure out who to talk to to add our names to seating list. Waitress was great. Also appreciate that Shari's hires people with developmental disabilities. The woman who cleared our table was friendly and helpful :)

I had the "Mozzarella App" but when the bill was rung up the Mozzarella App was not deducted from the bill even though I laid the paper showing that I had done the survey was laid on the counter with my Sharis card & my debit card. I didn't realize that it had not been taken off even after I added the tip. They were so busy so when the person asked if we were going to be come back to Sharis in the next few days I told her I didn't know. I told her I would use the survey receipt the next time we come in. I will be more careful next time.
