Very nice appearance, good food, great service from staff, very well done meal

Travel to Eugene every 2 weeks for manager meeting and we always stop and do lunch at Santa Clara Sharis. Never been disappointed! In all areas from food to service to cleanliness. Very enjoyable visits. Always take home a marionberry pie!

The quality of the food is always exceptional. Service is great. I love the pies.

It is close to my home and the staff and selections on the menu are just what I am looking for when I go out. I am single and I feel like I am treated with the same attention as couples or larger families.

Margaret and Jaime were great! Very kind and helpful, always excited to go to this Shari's! My girlfriend and I always order the Sliders and the appetizer sampler along with a piece of pie and the food always comes out great! Thanks to all the staff at this Shari's :)

All I can tell is to repeat what you have already asked in the previous questions. We return to Shari's because the food is consistantly good, the service is great & the prices are good.

Food is great. Steven my server was polite and made me feel right at home.

I have been to The Santa Clara Sharis three times and every time I've had Holly as my server. The first time she seemed so irritated with my friends we ended up with a different server, the second time she was rude and this third time she was rude again. She gives us the bill early, never asks if we want dressings, or asks if we would like desserts. She gave my friend warm water and even with our cups on the edge of the table she didn't give us refills. Rhea on the other hand is a sweetheart, she got us drinks when she noticed we were waiting. Cudos to Rhea and I hope Holly lightens up.
