Customer service was lacking by every employee that I spoke with. The price verse the portion was terrible. The length of time receiving my food needs improving. Not my first experience dealing with this level of unprofessionalism from this Shari's location.

We waited far too long before a waitress even came to our table. She did not check on us enough during the visit or refill drinks. The ketchup she gave us was empty right before she disappeared, so we had to get up and get our own new bottle.

There was no greeting when we arrived, although there were two servers close enough to have noticed and greeted us. My salad was very small - had to request it be sent back to make it correct. I requested that my pie be heated and it wasn't. We have enjoyed Sheri's for years, but it has become unfriendly and not fun anymore. Six family members have met Wednesdays to enjoy dinner together, but we will go elsewhere.

We waited for ten minutes or more to place our order, which was taken by the manager. He wrote it down but entered it in incorrectly. We requested the side salad first but received after getting other food items. The stuffed hash browns we ordered were not rung in (manager admitted), told would take 4 1/2 minutes to get them out, and then we never got them. Our drinks were never refilled until I got up and tracked down a server to do it for us. No check back to see if the food was okay or if we needed anything else. Manager said he took off the cinnamon roll, briefly gave a quick apology, and that was it, not friendly or remotely sincere about the bad dining experience we just had. It was just an overall bad experience at this location and the manager does not appear to be experienced enough for his job. Thanks, Trevor Pasley

I have eaten her for lunch previously. Had cuban sandwich and other time salmon sr special w ceasar salad. Salmon and salad were very good. I came back for friday night prime rib special. It was the worst piece of meat I ever ate. The seasoning was terrible/ It ruined the meat. I think they even had dill in it. It should have been used on fish rather than beef. Meat was cool/cold and had a greyish color. It was not medium as I asked but rather well done. I guess I should have refused meal but I was hungry and feared sending back and getting same seasoning and bad food revenge from cook. Just saying. I had the 14 oz cut. Sorry traveled as saleman for 40+ years never experienced anything like this. Now I am retired and thought this would be a good place to regularly eat. Servers here very nice. By the way I overheard another lady order same but asked for seasoning to be left off. Know why now. Sorry to be the messenger. I should have gone to Applebees. Mis Marie Callendars in LA.

cold coffee 15 min to get fresh coffee 25 minutes for food order to come up food was cold obvious that gravy had been under a light still cold. ordered milk and was told , we may not have any we were out yesterday. of course still no milk. Waitress never returned to check the table . Had to ask for check at which time was asked how was everything? Cold and poor service. She bought two pieces of pie and said she told the cook that he needed to check on the burners as food was cold. Waitress said it had not been sitting. BS The restaurant was not busy. This order was $33.85 and it is not the first time we have had poor service and food quality and we wont be back.Management at this franchise reflects on other property's. Gateway Sharis is great. I have been if food and beverage business for 40 yrs . This was bad.
